Positive experience
I had a very positive experience at Fix Auto Aberdeen . Donna at the front desk was great , very helpful & kept me informed as to when my car would be ready for collection . Thank you Donna . My car is looking back to normal after the repair , I’m really pleased with it . The curtesy car I was given was ideal as my husband can’t drive a manual anymore, so he was able to get out & about as usual . The only negative thing I have to say is that the parking at Fix Auto is quite tight for larger cars , apart from that I had no problems & I was happy with the whole experience of having my car repaired . Thank you .

Excellent repair, great communication
The service I received was efficient and friendly. I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle by email and all my questions were answered with timely responses. A slight problem with my vehicle on completion was resoved quickly and with no fuss.

It was dissapointing to find a protective strip on the replaced bumper missing when I collected my car, they have promised to order and fit one but means another trip in to Aberdeen. Still awaiting a date to have this work done.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
My car went in for repairs after being damaged by another driver. I was completely impressed with the professional service at every stage of the process, the loan car was small but in pristine condition and a pleasure to drive, the ladies in reception were outstanding, explaining everything in detail and very professional at all times.
