Initial organisation was good
Initial organisation was good. Booking delayed due to parts so out of their control. I dropped the car off on Wednesday but work only started on it the following Monday. Took over 2 weeks to complete work that should have taken just a week. The work was good and staff were very friendly although difficult to get hold of.

So glad I chose Ashgrove motor body to carry out the body damage repairs to my vehicle. From start to finish the whole experience was 100%. Repairs were carried out quicker than I expected and I was kept informed at every step of the process either by phone or the tracker provided. The girls in the office were really friendly and super efficient with the handover of vehicles and paperwork etc and are a credit to the company. Can’t fault the repair either, very professional and done to such a high standard. Highly recommend this company

Incredible staff and regular updates
My experience with Aberdeen Ashgrove Motor Body has been nothing but positive, updates are regularly sent and well explained. The staff are absolutely lovely, incredibly polite and happy to explain any questions, particularly Donna and Lynzi who gave me updates over the course of my repair, they were always incredibly helpful.

Car repair at Ashgrove
Car repair was done through Ashgrove and everything was done as expected of the repair, were given daily updates and a link to show how your car was getting on everyday which is brilliant! Everyone in the reception team were great with responses when needed and got the car repaired quicker than expected even with them being very busy! Not a single problem with how ashgrove handled this all.
