The guys at fix it estate agents are very quick to respond. They have recently taken over the flat block that I live in and a lot of changes have been made for the better. I had an issue with my Gas , very quick response even though it was after hours at the weekend, they went above and beyond, even tried to contact the Gas company for me first before helping direct me in the right direction to get the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Great experience with fix been a tenant with them for over a year now and I’ve moved into another private property with them and I’ve had nothing but great help from them.

FIX are everything they promise! Low management fees and expert service. The management company I used before FIX had no clue what they were doing with my properties and I had no clue until I got so much good feedback from my tenants after I switched!

I’ve had an amazing experience renting from FIX, for the last year whenever there has been an issue all I’ve had to do it report it on the website and I’ve had someone come out that same week or day sometimes! This is rare for landlords and a true testament to them as people and a company…RARE!!!

FIX have completely changed my perspective on private renting. I've dealt with landlords who have left me months with broken appliances but for the last 3 years they're property management service has been outstanding. They're turnover time is unbelievable and I have never felt cared for like this by any other landlord ive rented from.

Dealing with issues promptly, professionally & respectfully…& that’s all any tenant wants - Often tenants are not heard when voicing concerns, with FIX that isn’t the case.
