This survey site was good when I first started using it but as you continue to use it surveys become scarce or it takes forever to actually reach 5$, with little to no surveys being offered towards the end. You will constantly complete surveys and not get credit, and best support can do it for you is blame the partners and the survey providers without offering any compensation to you. not even half a point. they do not care about user’s experience at all.

Horrible app, I downloaded it for the first time been trying to get these “five surveys” for almost three hours, so now it’s saying there are no surveys available. Literally EVERY single survey you do you’re timed out for no reason complete waste of time try AttaPoll way better than this app.

Lets start of simple.

Fivesurveys IS a legit Website, allowing you to Fill out Online Surveys in Exchange for Giftcards or Money.

Positive Notes:

- Fivesurveys has NO Withdrawl Limit. Means if you spend 1-2 Hours to fill out 5 Surveys, you can get the 5$ Payout in less then 5 Minutes. Thats a HUGE Plus compared to other Survey websites.

- It gives you the Possibility to take part on Surveys which may tickle your Interest. (Like Energy Drinks, Physical Activities, Overall Politics)

- The Website itself is fairly simple to use. And doesnt require a bachelor Degree in IT to use it.

- The Support awnsers (even at a time like 3 in the morning) in less then 20 Minutes, which is a huge plus.
(No its not some AI Support, it was an Actual Human)

- Its a good thing for people who have barely any money left at the end of the month to get some small Income. (For my part, i use it mainly to Buy Tobacco) :)

Negative Points:

- Some of the Surveys are Ridicously Broken, either they throw you out Immediatly or get Broken in the Middle.

The biggest Shame was that some Surveys let you fill out the ENTIRE Survey and then throw you out at the VERY last Question to avoid the Point for the Fivesurvey Website.

- The Time spend on broken Surveys feels Wasted. If you spend 20 Minutes on a survey, get thrown out at the very last question and go out without anything feels Depressing and Unfair.

If a Person spends over 20 Minutes on something and gets Thrown out because of a Flaw on the System End and not the User End, they SHOULD be rewarded ATLEAST Half a Survey Point. Thats a BIG Issue right now.

NEVER, and i mean, NEEEEVER!
Enter your E-Mail Adress or Phone Numbers.
Once you enter your Phone Number into a Survey, the chance of it being leaked or Sold to Databrokers is around 99%.

(Why? I Filled out a Survey, had to write down my Number, the next 3 days i got over 20 Spam Phonecalls.)

- Another Point is the Time.
If the FiveSurveys site Tells me: "This Survey takes around 8 Minutes", and the Survey then says "It takes around 20-30 Minutes" Is kinda BS.
You should work on that.

Overall:

The Website is not Perfect, neither are the Surveys.
But as it is right now, this is by far the easiest and most reliable Source of Surveys to use.

The Payout offers various Options (Giftcards, Paypal, Revolut)

You always can see which Surveys are Avaiable and Maybe worth.

Overall, its a good site to use if you need some Quick Money (Maybe a bus ticket, some tobacco, a small breakfast) and doesnt require an Insane Amount of time.

Just be ready to get randomly thrown out of Surveys, some Breaking on You, some not working at all.

But im sure over the time, those Issues will be worked on and constantly Improving.

So for now, the 5 Stars are Deserved in my Opinion.

Esso cards are complicated and visa also and paypal is better. They screen me out before It closes and the service is poor besides that everything is okay!

I’ve been using this app for about a year now. I enjoyed it in the beginning and it’s not bad to pass the time doing small tasks. But any time there is a worth while task to complete in the games, it seems the reward gets lowered. Ex: I checked the achievement before I hit the checkpoint, it was $16.66.. but then, right after I was only awarded $12.92. This has happened now about 5 times now - that I’ve NOTICED. I feel a bit ripped off after wasting time on it.

This site is a fraud. They advertise specials bonus surveys to make $10 for 5 surveys, then do not follow through on the bonus. Beware of the fraudulent activities of this site.

Completed surveys and didn't get rewarded for it, once is bad enough and you cant report the error. You are better of fighting professional boxers for loose change at this point.

Today, January 21, 2026, it took me 68 tries over the course of 5 hours, for me to complete 5 surveys. Of those tries, 63 of them were screen outs -- back, to back, to back, to back, to back, to back, to back. And that's including breaks of minutes, and even hours, at a time. I wake up at 5:30am just so I could get ahead in getting the newly released surveys, but even so, for the past two days, I've been constantly screened out regardless of what survey it is and how brutally honest I was. Screener.PureSpectrum.com was absolutely horrendous in almost always screening me out regardless of my honest answers, and it's unfortunate that fivesurveys.com is full of that screener website.

I've lost sleep just so I could get ahead in answering these surveys, so their market play of "Complete 5 Surveys, you get $5" is false advertising. And I personally went through hell; 68 tries = 5 surveys completed + 63 screen outs. You do the math.

Fivesurveys.com will read this and will reply the usual, "We don't control the surveys that we place on our website" bs under my review, just to make it look like it's "not that bad." It is bad. Really bad. It's so bad, I recorded and counted how much it took me for me to complete 5 surveys today, and this is the result. This is not anecdotal; this is literal eyewitness, I-went-through-it-so-you-won't-have-to experience. EDIT 1/23/26: See the reply below this very review? Right on cue

If could also pin this experience of mine as a red flag warning to everyone new to Fivesurveys.com, I would, so that they'll not experience the same hell I went through. Don't use this survey site. Ever. Tell it to your grandma, your mom, your brother, your bestfriend -- heck, even your enemies(!), to not use this survey site. It's beyond torture. No person should go through this kind of pain and suffering; you already have a lot of problems to deal as it is. Don't add Fivesurveys.com to the problems that you're already dealing with.

I've done 4 surveys but it will not let me get that last survey for 5 pounds. I've been trying for days, SCAMMERS.

Get screen out as soon as you get to 5th survey

I put in my $5 twice as a bank transfer and never got the payment.

Definitely the worst survey app I’ve used. You will have surveys available but the moment you hit 2-3 surveys completed you will barely have any options and the options you do have screen you out instantly. Wouldn’t recommend you’ll be waiting to complete your final survey for days

Surveys are easy to complete - money is easy to cash out

Payouts are fast and quick once you complete five surveys. Sometimes it is hard to qualify for a survey, but eventually it happens after trying a bunch of them.

I went online during their double experience game event and I completed a series of tasks. However when it came to the tracking of three tasks that were spend a certain amount. They didnt show up as completed despite me doing it and the only reason I did was because the payout would have been a net even with the double reward. Customer service told me to wait 3 days for it to be processed. In those 3 days, the event ended and I was told that the double rewards would only be rewarded while the event is active (WTF?). 3 days later it still doesnt go through and I contact support for help where they asked me for screenshots of the receipts, budget history from google play and all the order numbers from each order to which I did. Later that same day they come back to me and say that they are unable to confirm my interactions with the offer (because apparently 30 photos are not enough to prove that I did it. Instead they make a one time "courtesy exemption" for a grand total of $20.... Are they expecting me to be grateful that I get that much as instead of the $120 I was supposed to get or something? Cause all that does is piss people off. They refuse to help in the slightest. By far the most disgusting practices I have ever seen from a company.

Edit: Your "Support" team closed my ticket after a supervisor stepped in and told me that even if proof was shown, there is nothing they can do to rectify the problem. There are SEVERAL issues with that the biggest one being the fact that they refused to tell me who the provider for the game was so I could raise a complaint with them. I gave over 30 photos as proof but they told me that wasnt good enough. Disgusting

They are just like heycash because when I go to claim the money that took me hours to make it says "technical issue, contact support" therefore they are screwing you over and you just spent all that time for nothing because you will not receive a dollar nor will they respond to any of the emails seeking help. If I could give them zero Stars I would. They never used to be like this I've never had an issue getting paid from them but all of a sudden I'm getting this error message and I am not getting my money very discouraging and sad to see them take this road like heycash

These idiots think it's funny for you to complete surveys and not pay you and waste your time and effort like completing the whole survey and screening you out at the end of they just don't pay you when finished it. They love to waste your time and effort they think it's funny

SCAM DO NOT BE FOOLED.

First of all if you want to play games and make money they have a very low pay rate and other apps are much better. Second, I invested money into an app and they refused to pay out so I lost my money. Don’t even think about it.
