Great award. Well respected by consumers. Great work.

I felt that I was not given adequate instructions to provide info and when items were due, I was told the day of the items being due without previous heads up. These 5 star awards go to successful agents who are some of the busiest in an already crazy industry. I think having more reminders would be helpful. Also when receiving the day of reminders, the wording comes across rude. It always comes with a reminder in all caps that I wouldn't be refunded unless the item was provided immediately. The photo upload for instance was requested and needed or I would be out of luck and not refunded however I had asked why my photo wasn't showing up in my proof notes 2-3 times and never heard back. Same with the logo.

I have signed up and paid for the $500.00+ program. I had a phone meeting and received the LOGO to use and set up a profile etc. When a second meeting was booked, I never received a call and had stayed home waiting for it so I could be at my computer/home office.
I called Five Star and they checked and did not see my name on their schedule. So, the person I had my first good meeting with must not have entered me into the system for my next appointment or something like that. I really don't know where to go from here, I will contact you guys back to reschedule I guess. Thank you.

In working with this company for the past nine years, I’ve always found them to be very easy to deal with, helpful, knowledgeable and proactive in helping with any questions or issues which may come up.

I have no use for your company. I have been trying to get the 5 Star Rating into my Web Site for three years and was told that once I paid my $350.00 you would drop a few insignia into a bag for my office to insert into my profile. My office is not responsible to do this on my behalf. Seems that all you want is my money and then you throw us to the wolves. I would have thought you would have informed us as to how we would be able to use the insignia before we paid for the program? Thank you, but no thanks.

I never even received a copy of Ct. Magazine ( ad promised) where my Five Star Professional was supposed to be featured. My account specialist had left, not feeling what was promised when I paid for the advertising

My experience with 5 star has been wonderful. they have answered all my questions and been timely and helpful with any inquires I had.

Five Star has provided me with excellent support to promote my award and get maximum mileage and exposure.

I enjoy the assistance I receive in marketing that allows me to brag a little bit about being an award winner without having to toot my own horn every time I open my mouth.

It is too soon for me to evaluate the 5Star package that I purchased. So, right now my impression is rather neutral. The sign-up process was complete and thorough. I will be looking forward to other marketing programs to 'kick in'.

I have been a 5 Star Professional recipient for 4 years and really love the exposure they offer and I look forward to using my award as part of my marketing leverage. The company is very professional and proficient although I think they are overpriced and getting more and more expensive.
