Wonderful stay at Le Bin Vivant. House was spacious, clean and right on the beach. When dryer stopped working someone was sent quickly to repair. Look forward to another stay!

We have been staying in a Five Star Bliss rental property for a number of years now, so many in fact that our grown children and now our grandchildren call it “our” beach house. We have loved everything about it from day one. The staff of Five Star are exceptional in checking in with us before arrival and during our stay to make sure everything meets our satisfaction. We know with confidence that when we book through Five Star that we are not going to be disappointed! They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay and we always do!

This was our second time renting a house from Five Star and it will be our last.
The home was dirty (we were greeted by a full pot of day old coffee and used coffee grounds) and in disrepair. Appliances were poorly maintained and hardly working. The hot tub didn’t work and it took this rental
agency 3 days to come and attempt to fix it. The AC on the lower level didn’t work at all…..something that should have been checked and attended to BEFORE we took occupancy.
Five Star is impersonal and inattentive.
To ask over $17,000 for this home is laughable. Never again.

Great property with all the amenities that made our vacation so memorable.

This was truly beautiful property and very spacious. The ONLY reason I did not give the full five stars : for a home that sleeps 24 and has close to 8 bedrooms there was only 1 dresser in the entire home. Everyone was living out of their suitcase on a luggage rack. Outside of that EVERYTHING about this property is amazing and would still refer friends and family to the property.

Very good at communicating with me by phone or text if I had questions. We absolutely loved our time in Destin and the home was fabulous. It blew our minds. We had no issues, memories were made

The house and customer service was amazing! I booked 3 months ahead of time and received several calls prior to, on the way and at the rental. AMAZING customer service. The actual house exceeded my expectations. Very clean. The house came with everything needed to ensure a great stay. From appliances, amenities, bikes and golf cart. Visited the neighbors house that was three stories with an elevator and it didn’t even compare to ours!! Would recommend this house hands down!

I loved the property! It was exactly as described very clean and everything was great. The beach is actually closer than it looks in pictures, beach chairs were very nice! Enjoyed our stay very much will be back soon!

We loved our stay in Destin. The Condo penthouse was very roomy with an amazing view. Some of the outdoor furniture needs replaced. The pools were nice and the beach was in great shape. We had a fire alarm battery warning go off which was addressed very quickly. Excellent overall experience. We will book with you again.

Hi my family and I enjoyed your beautiful vacation home. I was asked to let you know that all of the mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were very lumpy, the mattresses were also worn to the point that a good night’s sleep was impossible. In addition the washer in the home is somehow spilling bleach out during a regular cycle. No we did not use bleach at all. It ruined two T shirts of mine. My girls have not checked their laundry yet. Great beach rental. Management was really responsive. House was fantastic.

Great resort at a great price. We left a laptop in the condo upon departure. Received a phone call from Five Star before we realized it. They held it in the office for a few days before we could get over to retrieve it. The person in the office was very nice.

We loved our stay at the Biarritz Vacation home in Destin, Florida. Beautiful Miramar Beach was across the street with unrestricted views from the back of the house. Every amenity was at our finger tips from wonderful beach service with private beach access to a gourmet kitchen to beautiful bedrooms with luxury bedding! First class all the way! Our experience with Five Star Properties was great from start to finish. We had to reschedule our trip due to Covid and they made it so easy. The house was great and they were quick to respond with anything we needed. Highly recommend!
