I ordered and never received product,
Received email saying it will be sent out
I even said i would resubscribe if it was ( i had already paid )
Don’t usually do reviews but seen this pop up in my email

After not receiving 3 orders I paid for, the team at fiveramonth eventually responded to my emails and apologised for the bad service. They then sent out my orders after asking whether I wanted a refund or my orders resent. The way they dealt with this fills mte with confidence and I hope they are able to maintain the great service they pride themselves on

Aparently you’ve been taking £5 a month from me and I haven’t had a single product come to my house for months now. I even made a new account and still had nothing…

Fiver a month is super easy and convenient. I'm never out of stock of essentials. The money comes out each month and my package arrives like clockwork. Great little service for lazy people!

Had to cancel, they sent my orders late (they took the money and had to wait almost 7 weeks to receive 2 orders )

I received this months package but I'm still waiting for last month's that never showed...sent an email to customer support about it and no one got back to me

Packages on time every month contents always as ordered and sometimes bonus items are added. Highly recommend.

Hi guys. So i havnt recieved my most recent subscription order. Think my email says to be sent on the 24th feburary ? Have had to buy 2 full price crappy packs of blue rizla since.
Just wandering if theres abd issue or if this has gone unnoticed ?

Great service never takes too long to come either never missing any kings or anything apart from sometime I get raw roach tip instead of elementary ones but understandable for how many the guys must be doing

Great selection of products available and quick and easy system. Website easy to navigate and even came with a Clipper jet lighter instead of a regular one which is a bonus. Nice and affordable. Only thing to mention is shipping took roughly 6 working days but if you get it monthly, its not a problem.

Having to change my review from 5 stars to 1 as my subscription payment was taken but no product delivery. Ignored by customer service email and Instagram. Presuming company is no longer in existence.

Good premise and idea, need more flexibility and faster delivery time. Maybe 5 packs to fully get me through the month lol
