I worked with my consolidation specialist Kai Lucena, who was a complete professional, and essential to my onboarding. Making a financial committment is a challenge, and Kai was ready with numbers, patient while I go the information, and available to my schedule. Misleading Representation…
The company doesn't provide the solutions that were indicated while my onboarding process to the credit resolution program. Creditors will continue to call you and harass you. Creditor don't receive any notification that you are in a program to bundle your payment. I am receiving letters with threats of garnishment.
