I brought my friend for a burger the burger was basic and simple but what surprise most is the drink I mean the soda from that bloody coke machine it was full of weird black liquid, as we left the place in Marylbonne I had a toxic liquid in my stomach I couldn’t breath it’s horrible, I went to my doctor he checked me and I I’m taking medics, all this happened just after ordering from this five guys, I need to be contacted as soon as possible, it is serious !

Most expensive fast food out there and you would expect quality to match. Yuck. I opened my burger and bun was so soggy the entire sandwich fell apart. Taste besides was bland. Fries are very salty and average in taste. Don't plan on going back. I didn't even get a drink and it cost almost twenty bucks.

First experience not to helpful from counter staff no explanation of how to order Value for money hmmm a bit expensive for what the meal is. Very messy … presentation .. 2/10 and no Coffee …! Then they dont take American express and its an American Company … taste wasn't the best compared to other Burger Comps… over all poor .. experience come on Guys its got to be better.

Overpriced burgers that should not cost as much as they do.

Ordered via Uber eats from the Ealing Broadway store. None of the sauces or add ons were included in the burger or hot dog! No sauces pickles, onions, etc. Uber eats won't offer a refund! Digusted with level of care and attention placed on orders!

The food was always tasty, the staff was nice and exceptional, Frank was always helpful and kind.

Still better than competitors, but smaller burger joints do much better value for money.

Delicious, enjoyed the burger and fries.

I placed a delivery order for the Merritt Blvd store in DUNDALK 21222.

I did not receive my order. They allowed my order to be stolen straight from their store. When the door-dash driver got there to pick up my order, it was already gone. For one, how can they just leave orders on the counter for anyone to just walk off with. Two, how can they not verify the person picking up orders. They wouldn't remake my food, they told me I would have to replace the order and pay for it again because somehow my order got cancelled, but they clearly allowed someone to just walk off with $54.00 in someone else's food, and I now have to WAIT to see if I am going to get a refund.

Just came to Five Guys, Meredian Park in Leicester. Big surprise.
£21 for a cheeseburger, fries and shake.
What the hell I thought.

Then it arrived.

A Macdonald's double big Mac would be paled in comparison to this monster.
2 or 3 large fries from Macceys would equal the regular fries.
The shake so thick it almost deserves to be eaten with a spoon.
And everything tasted just right

My verdict.

Awful, bland, over priced!!! The chips were burnt and re-fried, I threw most of them away! The burger was plain, no sauces just processed cheese, no imagination burger, yuk!!! I won’t be using them again!

The food was over cooked hard and cold I been on the toilet all morning with pains in my belly this absolutely disgusting this not what I wanted von Saturday morning vwaking up early from five guys & uber customer service isn't refunding back this shouldn't be a loud to treat customer's this way

I bought burgers and fries for 5 people at the Milan central station. I paid EUR95. Once in the train we realized they had packed the burgers in aluminum foil. The food was trash. The fries were like rubber

Had a small cheeseburger, small fries, small soda in Vero Beach yesterday. Total was $17.68 (could have had dinner for that outrageous price). The fries were soggy with oil, burger was dry. Place was filthy. The most disgusting meal I EVER had. Never again, in my opinion it's a dog food rip-off.

Went to five guys on Cortez blvd in Spring Hill, Fl. Just to order fries.
Usually get a sack filled to the top, but these were not even half what they normally put in the bag. Must be new management??? They were soggy and loaded with too much salt. Pretty much inedible, all for close to $7. Never again!!!

This five guys on South Nevada in Colorado Springs is in a very iffy neighborhood. It’s currently under redevelopment but there are many homeless people and a lot of gangbangers. This is the only retail outfit in the entire neighborhood that does not have a security guard. I was in there one day and a gangbanger had his little baby toddler tripping around on the floor around my ankles and I couldn’t see her at first but I didn’t run into her I stopped when I saw her and I tried to call across to the cash register which is what I was trying to reach and I was violently assaulted by her father because I wasn’t watching out for little children (who obviously should never have been allowed to run around loose like that in a filthy place anyway) . He was clearly ready to assault me physically and he was screaming at me at the top of my lungs and I was yelling help help and nobody even looked up in that store. They don’t care about Customer safety and you could be raped and assaulted right in front of them and they won’t even look up. Do not go in there.

Burgera looked tasty but bacon was overcoced, No souse. In my opinion Price is too high is better to eat in mc Donalds ( as is more tasety ) and cheapest
