This company scammed my elderly mother into clicking subscribe to their "service" via a Facebook ad, that she was then unknowingly subscribed to for half a year. You can not cancel the subscription online. The button is there but their site is a buggy mess, end won't cancel your subscription. I had to ask the chat agent, to cancel it. They did, only for them to re-activate the subscription half a year later. When I noticed, I spoke to their chat agent again, and asked them to delete her account. They canceled the subscription, but said, that they only allow deletion requests by email. So I emailed them. They responded, that they deleted her account, and would be happy to return her lost money, if she left a 4 or 5 star rating on this link. We ignored it. Well, they obviously didn't delete her account as today we got another email from them, asking for a 4-5 star review here. Well here you go.

I never even heard of this and my card got charged €60 for a subscription I never signed up for.
