Order number: 64519. I placed the order for my bookshelf in January. The pieces were delivered in February and fitting booked for March. The first batch had damaged pieces on delivery I called fittingly and they asked for the number of each panel to reorder the pieces. The morning of my fitting I was chasing the for delivery and they finally showed up mid morning. The fitter then arrived in the afternoon and started working. However half way through he realised some of the pieces did not have finished edges so he could not complete the job and again I had to call fittingly for replacement pieces. I made it clear to fittingly that the work needed to be completed before April 10th due to celebrating Greek Easter and having visitors. I have been calling since last week asking to speak to a manager and have had no response. I keep being told ‘Amy’ will call me back. Today I was told she would call me by the end of the day and I have still not received a call. I have tried to call and despite saying they are open until 7pm their phone lines were closed when I called at 17:25 after work. I have a house full of wood in various rooms and a partially built bookshelf and no update. I have requested a full refund and for the wood to be collected as the quality of the wood and lack of communication is unacceptable. UPDATED- Amy called me back and into and initially said no to refund as I passed my cooling off period, but after I explained my position on the delays that were through no fault of my own, she spoke to her manager and arranged for the wood to be collected before April 10th and a full refund has now been issued to me. Now I’m off to Ikea to find an alternative!

We were told our half completed office would finally be completed after long delays on Good Friday. We cancelled our plans with our very disappointed children and waited in. No one turned up. We were told it would happen on Easter Sunday. Same. Easter Monday. No one turned up. We were told it would definitely happen at 730am today. We have just been cancelled again. This is the worst company we have ever had the displeasure of knowing. Avoid them at all cost. They are criminals. They take your money and provide nothing.. Order 64501.

Ordered some doors to fit a cabinet that Fittingly had supplied already. Was told 2-4 weeks. 4 weeks arrived and I had heard nothing. When I called, I was told they hadn't gone into production because "someone" hadn't created a delivery date. Delivery day arrived and the doors are in such a bad state, they cannot be installed. Trying to get hold of Customer Services is proving quite frustrating.

Got a fitted wardrobe, excellent communication and everything happened on schedule. The fitter Jonathan Ashby did the work very quickly and to perfection. Id highly recommend them.

I ordered the cupboards at end of November and they were supposed to arrive and ne fitted early Feb 26 but we accepted them arriving on 27th Feb and fitted on 2nd March. The fitter arrived as due and after putting some of the carcasses together went to fit the lights. Unfortunately parts of the lights were missing and he called to get them delivered the following day. Said there was no piint continuing to fit the cupboards as he woukd have to rake them apart again. Some bits arrived the following day but not all. He called and ordered them again and said he could fit them Wednesday. No delivery Wednesday or Thursday despite my contacting the fitter and customer services. Friday the lights arrived but fitter not answering and neither customer services. A message sent asking for cupboards to be finished Monday. Monday came and went and I called again Tuesday. At first I was told earliest woukd be April but after explaining this was not good enough they got a fitter for 23rd.......3xweeks after fitting date which I wasnt pleased about. I explained i woukd be raising a formal complaint. I was told someone had tried to call me amd this was not true as I had no missed calls.
When cleaning up one day I decided to clean the shelves as they were dusty and had sawdust on them. I noticed several chips in the laminate and sent pictures advising Fittingley. The area manager called that day in person and was not happy with the quality of the cupboards due to the damage and the edging which had be done in 2 joined pieces rather than 1 whole long piece. He said he woukd order new parts and they shoukd be able to have these ready for the following week when the fitter was due. By the Friday no panels had arrived and I contacted customer service. On Monday no fitter arrived so called and e-mailed. I was angry ss it appeared no-one was coming so called again and said someone absolutely had to finish the cupboards today. I was told someone would arrive at around 1.30pm. He did arrive but had been told all he had to do was fit the lights and he wasnt sure how to do this as he had no training. He was sent instructions and got the lights fitted then said he had to go as he had been given 2 hours only. Another call to customer services followed. They said they woukd try to find another fitter and I said they absolutely had to be fitted that week even if they had to take them out later for remedial work. I was advised the original fitter would be there at 8am Wednesday.
By 9.30am Wednesday it was clear no-one was arriving. Another call to customer services and another and another. Finally I was told he would arrive in the afternoon. When he arrived he said it was his day off and he had been told to come in which made another untouched in their communication. He did at least finish thr cupboards that day over 3 weeks after the original date many many phone calls and e-mails. I still have sub standard damaged cupboards and no contact since in regard to this. Getting an apology and action out of this company is ridiculous and their communication is truly abysmal.

What a shame I had to resort to a public complaint on Trustpilot to get the sort of service any ordinary customer might expect. I am happy to give an updated review and award 4 stars as there was never an issue with the quality of the item supplied, simply the inability to replace incorrectly supplied components, rendering the whole item useless until it was rectified. I was fobbed off and felt utterly powerless - and not a little worried when I read others had struggled to get resolutions too. However, Amanda Burton came to our rescue. She did what she said she would, when she said she would and gave us a small refund for all the troubles we had. Thank you Amanda - great service. We are pleased with the finished product. If it had all been supplied as agreed, it would have been 5 stars.

Jimi Scott the fitter was friendly, polite and hard working. He arrived each day on time.
I was very pleased with his work and pleased with the fitted wardrobe.

Absolutely beautiful finishing on our 2 x sharps wardrobes. Christopher Mccabe the designer & Lukasz the fitter. If your lucky to get either of these lads, then you will be very happy with your finished wardrobes.
Thank you 😊

Well done!

Update - its beginning of May, nearly 2 months from install day and issues on this job are not resolved. Amy "i take pride in my job, I have worker here for 12 years'is ignoring my calls and voicemails.
We had a very disappointing experience with Fittingly.
Our built-in cupboard order arrived with 8 damaged panels out of approximately 50. As a result, the fitter was unable to proceed with almost any of the installation on the scheduled day, causing significant disruption and wasted time.
What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of response and action from Fittingly since the issue was raised. Despite multiple attempts (6 separate phone call enquiries and 3 unanswered emails) to get this resolved (people I spoke to include Angie, Isaac and Laura - all useless telling me what I want to hear and never calling back despite their adamant promises), we have received no clear timeline for replacements and no effort to rearrange installation.
Weve now had a pile of chipboard in our living room for nearly a month. Really wish I have gone with the humble Ikea rather than paying for this 'premium service'.
This level of service is unacceptable. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Fittingly.
Proceed with caution.
The below AI generated response from 'Bridget' is for show. No one called. No once cares, they are posting the responses to make you feel that our experience was exceptional.
We will be taking legal action to get our money back immediately.

I recently had my home office fitted by Mark Trick, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, he showed exceptional care and attention to detail, making sure everything was done to a very high standard.
Mark was not only highly professional in his work, but also genuinely friendly and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations.
I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a reliable, personable service.

We had our first design appointment in July 2025. Everything went smoothly until we booked and paid for our wardrobes in September 2025. From that point onwards it was a disaster. We ordered 2 fitted wardrobes with desks for our children’s bedrooms. The delivery was booked in for 9/10/25, this was delayed by a week due to a broken machine. When the fitters arrived the following week, they couldn’t complete the job as not all of the pieces had been supplied (which we were not aware of). A new delivery for the remaining pieces was booked for a few weeks later - at this point Fittingly stopped communicating with me via email and I was making daily calls to them to progress the order. Between October and January I waited in for another 3 deliveries (remaining pieces, replacement pieces that were damaged or fitted incorrectly) and on 7 additional dates for fitters. Fitters didn’t turn up or turned up too late in the day (17:30 on one occasion) to complete any work, or didn’t have the required pieces / equipment to do the job. At each stage I was phoning the office the day before and morning of the planned work to ensure it would happen and each time I was assured the job would be completed. Children’s rooms were left unsafe and couldn’t be used for a number of months. 12/2/26 I asked for a case review and am still waiting for a phone call back. The job is still not complete to a satisfactory standard but I cannot miss anymore work to wait in for fitters that may or may not turn up. Do not use this company!

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I purchased wardrobes in October, and what should have been a simple process turned into a six-month delay before completion. During that time, communication was extremely poor. I was left constantly chasing for updates, dealing with repeated broken promises, and receiving little to no proactive contact from the company.
The entire experience was frustrating and unnecessarily stressful. It got to the point where I felt like I was having to chase—and at times almost beg—for responses regarding a service I had already paid for.
While the company was very quick and efficient when it came to taking payment, that same level of urgency was completely absent when it came to delivering the service. This imbalance was particularly disappointing.
For a purchase of this scale, I expected a far higher level of professionalism, organisation, and customer care. Unfortunately, this was not delivered.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend going directly through Sharps to avoid the delays, lack of communication, and overall poor service I encountered.

The five stars are for the wardrobes and for the fitter, Tom Graham. Tom was professional at all times. He was very polite and really considerate of me and my home and to top it all, he did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend him. Tom even cleaned all the wardrobes as unfortunately, they were delivered covered in sawdust! I will definitely use Fittingly again when I need more furniture as long as they assure me it would be delivered in a clean state and that Tom would be the fitter.

I've waited to write a review as how a company resolves an issue gives a much better review than something that goes smoothly from the start.
AVOID THIS COMPANY
Delays, incorrect supply of materials, lack of communication, promises not met, lack of effective initial assessment, and appalling customer service. Unsurprising I suppose because of the amount of the complaints they are dealing with.
My only hope now is to put the credit card payment in dispute and rely on the fitter to arrange to return.
Owned by Sharps so going to complain to them as well.
I wish I'd read the reviews.
If I end up with a satisfactory resolution I will return here to update. But sadly I'm not hopeful.
Please avoid the aggravation and go elsewhere.

Happy with the service and excellently fitted by Toby Upton. One delay to the delivery date but fortunately we could still make it work.

Good communication, efficient delivery, the finished product is excellent and the fitter went above and beyond on the build and finish, a true craftsman. Very happy customer and I wouldn’t hestitate to use again if required and to recommend to family and friends. Thank you to all at Fittingly.
