I needed my three year old Visonic alarm serviced, after reading reviews on FHA Security, I chose them, phoned their office on a Monday, very friendly, efficient guy answered, he booked service for Friday the same week. Received email confirmation.
An engineer named Sachin arrived after phoning to confirm arrival time, he was professional,friendly and took his time to explain everything that needed doing, we are so pleased we chose this company, Sachin then kindly set up a monthly maintenance plan which we ask for.
I can definitely recommend FHA Security. Thank you FHA and especially Sachin.

We had our first annual maintenance visit this morning, conducted by George. He is an exceptional technician who demonstrated very impressive knowledge of our alarm system. George was both patient and helpful when answering our questions and provided a comprehensive demonstration of our Visionic system's features. We are thoroughly impressed with FHA, the alarm system, and particularly with dedicated engineers of George's caliber

Had our first annual maintenance visit by Sachin. He is an excellent engineer, with vast knowledge of our alarm system and was always empathetic when taking time to answer all our questions. We are very impressed with FHA and their high quality standards and would recommend to all!

The service levels in this company are exceptional. Having been a neglected Protect My Property Risco customer, subsequently acquired by ADT, I have been unable to get any Risco support from ADT since mid 2024. All ADT technicians sent to my premises were not Risco trained. ADT therefore left me with no alternative than to change to a qualified Risco supplier. Since switching to FHA security, I’m very impressed with the company thus far. They know Risco inside out, have exceptional service levels, quick response times, and are great at their jobs. A special big shout out to Ash, but also Josh. Such a breath of fresh air to finally have qualified Risco support on tap. I can call, WhatsApp, email or even request a Risco engineer on site. FHA remote access my system and reset if required. All in all it is just brilliant to finally have Risco support again. If you too are a neglected ex Protect My Property Risco customer, don’t think twice. Make the switch to reinstate qualified Risco support and be happy with your alarm system again.

Slightly disappointed that their Guard Response Service with licensed professional patrols is only available within certain locations but I understand that this will expand over time. As soon as this is available in my location they will provide the "one stop shop" of servicing, remote monitoring and guard response which is what I am personally looking for and is sorely missed within the home security industry.

I was calling around looking for local companies that could take over the servicing and monitoring of my home alarm after a disappointing experience with my previous monitoring company. FHA stood out from the crowd for their ability to talk in detail about my system and options over the phone, whereas everyone else had just offered me pricing (not always clearly explaining what I was paying for).

The on-site visit by the FHA engineer was of an equally high standard. We worked through my issues quickly, upgraded my system, covered off some basic training of the new app for my alarm and left me with some sensible recommendations on options to maintain it, without a hard sell.

Really pleased I found this company and very happy to recommend.

Adam has just replaced my system with a latest smart system. Good guidance on what was required, installed neatly, professionally, explained how it all works, always happy to help. Thoroughly recommend.

Very efficient engineer installed CCTV on a very hot day, it is operating perfectly. A site visit was made previously to check that the details.

The whole process of dealing with Fitted Home Alarms has been simply perfect. We had a 4-camera CCTV system fitted today at home.

Ash called me the day after my web enquiry and came out the same day to survey. The quote was delivered that afternoon. They moved the installation date to suit me, and the engineer, Niran was excellent today - polite, efficient and hard working. He advised on the best placement for the cameras and did a superb job, cleared up afterwards and showed me how to use the system.

We are delighted with the entire process, the price and the result. FHA are totally deserving of their high rating here.

If only more companies were like this!

Abhi is a good natured and kind person. He has been servicing my alarm for a few years now. Abhi is patient and explains things clearly, and is able to resolve any issues that may arise. I would definitely recommend his services.

Great service from start to finish. Contacted Mark who visited the following day and discussed our alarm needs. Once we had chosen which system we wanted Mark arranged for an engineer to install the system only 48 hours later. The engineer Adam was polite and very knowledgeable about our system and didn't leave our house until we had tested the alarm and we were comfortable with how it worked.
I would not hesitate to recommend FHA to my friends and family.

Could not have asked for more, the engineer Abhi was extremely helpful explaining every step. Work carried out in a tidy and efficient way, and further helpful advice given. Have taken a service plan out now and feel secure in the knowledge that I will be looked after.

He also comprehensively demonstrated the features of our impressive alarm system (Visionic). All in all, we are impressed with FHA and our alarm system and especially engineers like George. We have no hesitation in recommending FHA & Visionic who send us engineers like George.

Excellent customer experience, from the initial call where I spoke to Ash right through to the appointment date. Ash arranged for an appointment almost immediately. On the day of the appointment I received a call as promised 30 mins before from engineer Josh, Josh was a very polite and helpful engineer, he explained everything he was doing all throughout the appointment. Clean and tidy work, keep it up guys.
