Order not arrived
I preordered and paid for an item back in January. Part of my order was in stock and shipped, however the remaining part of the order was supposed to be delivered the first week of March, yet I have still not received it or had any communication from the company regarding tracking or delivery.

Will not refund an unfulfilled order
My wife ordered a pump set from this company seven weeks ago. It has still not arrived. The expected delivery date has been shifted three times (the company falsely maintains in public that the latest date was detailed on their website at the outset).
My wife has repeatedly asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, as is her legal right under consumer contracts regulations. The company ignores every request. They are unlawfully holding onto her payment, even after failing to deliver the paid for items.
Needless to say, a company like this shouldn't even be able to operate, but as regulators such as trading standards have been gutted by the government they believe that they can behave with impunity and get away with it.
Except for law enforcement officers, nobody should touch this company with a bargepole.

It's been 2 months 😪 I just want my money back please. Bought my weights in January and you guys keep fobbing me off by giving new date's. This was meant to be a Birthday present. Now it feels like a noose around my neck. It's really not fair to make a fool out of people.
You have changed the delivery dates three times (in January you said I would receive the order in three weeks), which means that you are deliberately misrepresenting the course of events in your reply.
I insist on an immediate refund, which is my legal right under the terms of the Consumer Rights Directive (2014). By some distance, my experience with your company is the worst I have ever experienced. I have requested my money back FIVE TIMES and instead you continue to gaslight and ignore me. Buyers beware!

Not as advertised - taken my money but still waiting for order to arrive!
I placed my order 23/02/2023, advertised as next day delivery with DHL. The money has been taken out of my account yet, I am still waiting on my purchase.
I received an email to say that my order had been successfully placed but I have had no further communication from the company in regard to despatch or delay. I have emailed them but still awaiting response and now I have been asked to leave a review about my experience!
Currently a Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer!

The product finally arrived and is really good. Excellent quality and as described. If this company can sort out it's delivery issues, it would definitely have a 5 star review.
The company have since contacted me and are working very hard to rectify this situation. Let's hope when the items arrive they are worth the wait
Sadly I wish I had some of these reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered 20th January and was advised next working day delivery so Monday. Nothing arrived and seriously bad communication from company. I have been given 3 different dates from company and still only received 1 part of what I ordered. Also the tracking information they have given is useless as not recognised on system. I seriously suggest you spend your money with a more reliable honest company

Body pump kit
I ordered the body pump kit which has arrived and is great. However there were some issues with delivery. This company advertises free next day delivery if you order before 1pm the day before. I placed my order before 1 pm on 18 Jan. The order was delivered today, 25 Jan. I emailed on Sat 20 Jan and received a reply on Monday saying it was with DHL and would be delivered yesterday, 24 Jan. The delivery issue might have been isolated, but I hate it when something is advertised and it isn't delivered on. Luckily the order wasn't a present so no real issue with delivery time. I would order again as the products from first inspection are good quality but customer service and delivery let them down on this occasion.

Bit of a mixed bag really
Bit of a mixed bag really. I cannot fault the kit, it’s very good quality. My initial query was dealt with promptly and the items despatched for next day delivery.
The delivery model is simply bizarre. I had three different vans attend on the same day, each with a package. The vans were the exact same size, so I have no idea why it wasn’t loaded onto the same vehicle. Doesn’t seem very environmentally sound.
One of the packages was missing. The response regarding this from Customer Services was a bit hit and miss. I had to make enquiries with DHL which wasn’t much better than dealing with customer services. But the driver slung the package over the back fence two or three days after it should have delivered. So alls well that ends well…I guess.
Edit to respond - It may be an idea to advise your customers that deliveries may be split by either vans or days. There is no literature to inform anyone of this. I also disagree that customer services were always quick to respond. You actually didn’t respond at all to my last two emails.

We use DHL for our deliveries as, having trialled many different couriers over the years, we have found them to be by far and away the best. I completely understand your confusion about why it was necessary for 3 different vans to attend your address. Given the volume of parcels which are processed by our couriers each night, consignments such as yours containing multiple parcels can become separated, despite being collected together. In turn, this then leads to them arriving at your delivery depot at different times, on different trailers, which means that it is not always possible to send them out for delivery on the same vehicle.
I note that you contacted our customer services team as one of your four parcels was slightly delayed. The reason for this is that it has different and specialist handling requirements than the remainder of parcels which were delivered to you. This means that it travels through a different part of our couriers network and therefore often arrives separately to the rest of an order.
In this instance, it seems that this specialist handling element of the DHL network was facing extremely high parcel volumes, which therefore lead to a slight delay with the arrival of this element of your order. I can see that customer services were always quick to reply to you and advise you of the current status of this final parcel. Having checked, I can confirm that all messages you sent to us were responded to as above, so can only apologies if these responses were not received.
We detail on our website that parcels may become separated in transit, leading to them arriving at different times and even, occasionally on different days.

It’s ok not worth the price
It was ok. I bought the barbell with all weights up to 40kg I. Total but it had scratches on it wear and tear and the barbell had some sort of oil stickiness to it, when I loaded everything it wasn’t that firm, plates shake while lifting , for the price I paid for this I expected better

We are sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your purchase. We take pride in supplying only the best quality products, so would be very grateful if you could supply some images via email of the problems you mention so that we can investigate these and advise.
All items are received to our warehouse brand new, un-used and sealed directly from our manufacturers. The weight plates are coated in a very thin layer of oil to prevent their rubber coating from drying out and cracking, but this can easily be removed with just a warm, damp cloth with a little soap.
I look forward to receiving some images via email of the other defects so that we can look into these in some more detail and offer you a resolution.

I had emailed amazon, this company and tried several phone numbers to get in contact with someone but after a lot of googling, I got speaking to someone who told me I was refunded and i am still waiting on my refund but received an email to amend this review so I have done so to suit.
