First the fit sleep pro works great! I have had no issues with waking up! Within my original order I also purchased the charger…however I did not receive it with the fit sleep device. Unfortunately there was no communication as to the reason it wasn’t received- but once I reached out to them it was rectified within 24 hours. The quick response and action made up for the lack of communication! I would recommend fit sleeps to anyone that’s looking for this type of alarm!

Honestly I didn't have high expectations joined the defence force had a regular issue with my loud alarm waking up my colleagues when having different timings to meet with different shift and investing in this really fixed that problem. I had my doubts and always have a back up alarm 10mins after and finding myself waking up due to the vibration and turning off my alarm before it actually goes off. Works for and happy

Vibration is so weak, I don't know how it could wake anyone.

Great product, fantastic service . Made such a difference to my son’s mornings . He would sleep through alarms but this has really helped .

Product is easy to use, not bulky or disturbing while trying to get comfortable in bed. Customer service has been great if needed as well!

It took a few days to get used to wearing it. And I had to move it around to different locations on my wrist. Once I found that sweet spot it has been amazing. I use it as a supplement to wake up before my alarms so my alarms actually wake me up. I’ve recommended to few of my coworkers. I work in EMS so a consistent sleep schedule is out the window.

Tried the first version not realising there was a pro version now I’m a deep sleeper and was disappointed that it didn’t wake me up but once upgrading to a pro witch the team was so appreciable and thoughtful they offered me to keep the old one and for only $20 get the pro and for any deep sleeps this is a must it doesn’t connect to you phone either so you miss out on all the nasty causes due to the receptors your phone let us due to Bluetooth unlike the more known one whoop perfect for an alarm clock with out all the pointless extras

It’s been a night a day difference from my normal alarm on my phone. Definitely recommend if you have a difficult time getting up in the morning!

Awesome product, I have been waking up peacefully and starting my days with more energy.

Although the white noise machine I ordered was not exactly what I expected, the customer service and assistance I received was top notch. They were kind, quick to assist, and very accommodating.
I previously ordered the wake-up alarm bracelets for my teenage boys and am extremely pleased with them!

I found the digital display painfully bright and impossible to read, so was unable to set the alarm time properly.

Ordered mine. It was working great in the first month and now it’s not working at all. Or only works when it wants to. Contacted fitsleeps and they are sending me a replacement. Took a while for a response. But, they were speedy and friendly once we started talking. Now just waiting on the replacement.

I emailed the customer service and my issue was resolved very promptly. 10/10

Excellent product, I wake up every time just the way i like, gently.

My kid needed the upgraded version instead and they were able to accommodate without issue.

Lukas of Customer Support was a major help figuring out what would work best! I'm one of those legendary deep sleepers that can't wake up at all, and if I do I subconsciously turn off all my other alarms. Going from working night shift to days, I'm still trying to get myself together on a normal schedule. The regular model worked good for a couple of days, and my body subconsciously got used to the vibrations quickly. Now Lukas had helped me get upgraded to the Pro model and the ease it sets in truly helps, with the peace of mind that I'll be able to wake up on time and ready for work. Ordering is very simple on the site, and everything goes smoothly.

Can’t comment on the effectiveness of the band yet as only just received it. Slight difficultly with the charger as I received the US one as default because I didn’t see the option for UK. Thanks to the helpful customer service team they have offered to sort this for me. Please check you have requested the charger suitable for you .
