Site was easy to use and had plenty of information and schematics of my fitness equipment. My rower is an older model Nordic Trac and they still carried most of the wearable parts. The only downside is my parts delivery was thru USPS and they took a week to process my parts order. Fitness Parts Warehouse was quick and responsive, but USPS dropped the ball.

I bought a replacement control board for my wife’s S22i stationary bike…now everything works perfectly—including elevation and resistance! The customer service rep is as very helpful and I received the part in a timely manner—and it was significantly cheaper than other sites. Plus, it appears to be exactly the same as the original.
