The items received were of high quality, I couldn't be happier.

Also, this order was made during the COVID-19 shutdown, during which many fitness equipment providers raised their prices to take advantage of the demand for home fitness equipment. This company did not do so and deserve great credit for keeping their prices low and maintaining a high standard of service at the same time.

I purchased a Waterrower through Fitness Equipment NI at the beginning of June. The website explained that due to Covid, delivery would take 6-8 weeks. About 4 weeks later I was contacted to say that they had a upgraded version of the rower I ordered and would I like it, at no extra charge. Brilliant! The guys who delivered it were excellent. I thought it would be a bit tricky to assemble by myself, but the instructions on the manual, supplemented by the short YouTube video made it easy. I had one or two questions at the beginning, but the Customer Service guys were very quick to respond and super helpful. I'm up and rowing now at home and loving the swishy-water sound!

Purchased a Water Rower from Fitness Equipment NI. Their Website well laid out and provides all the information I required to make this purchase. Customer service was good.

I knew from the outset my water rower would be 6-8 weeks. It arrive after 7 weeks. I got a phone call a few days before it was dispatched as a heads up. Nice touch. No issues at all with the service and the water rower is great.

Not only did my equipment arrive in perfect condition it arrived ahead of time and before the initial due date. Very pleased and would not hesitate using Fitness Equipment NI again.

The item is good but the instructions on how to build it was all wrong but I got there in the end and I never had any idea about when I would receive my product till I got a phone call that he was at my door apart from all this am really happy with my item and would recommend the product
