I'm very happy with the equipment I purchased, but disappointed with the lack of information provided about the progress of my order.
When I ordered it, I understood that I would have to wait some time for delivery; the web site said six to eight weeks. Starting at eight weeks, I first sent an email asking about the estimated delivery date, but received no reply. I therefore began a series of roughly weekly phone calls with no satisfactory answers and no call back when they said they would try to find out.
Eventually it was delivered thirteen weeks after I placed my order.
I would accept that the lateness was beyond the control of Fitness Equipment NI, but I never received any kind of explanation.

After a very minor hiccup problem was resolved quickly.highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Ordered two 1mx1m granuflex 43mm rubber tiles for my garage as I recently dented the concrete floor deadlifting (top tip, stacked foam mats don't cut it for anything above 100kg nevermind 200kg).
Floor has great grip, easy to clean, sound absorbing and protects the floor.
So naturally I ordered another 14 to fill 90% of my garage.
Will order another 4 and carve them up myself to fit the border but so can't recommend them enough.

I recently purchased a medicine ball, slam ball and two power bags. Quality of equipment very good. Moreover team very easy to work with. My second time using them, would definitely use them again. Thanks.

Extremely poor service on this order. Product ordered online on January 7th with a supposed 6 week lead time, order arrived on the 22 June!! Zero communication from the vendor initially and had to chase multiple times to get information at every point. After a number of phone calls giving out re the lack of information and constantly changing delivery date, the penny finally dropped with them and in the final week or two they started to engage with updates. No effort made to offer any discount to reflect the delay or the poor customer service, despite them having full payment of £1,275 since January! Choose another vendor!!!

Customer service was excellent throughout this time when everything is slower than usual. Very much appreciated the updates that came regularly.
Highly recommend.

These guys installed a full gym in my house. Very impressive equipment. The treadmill had a slight issue but they rectified it within a few days. Very happy customer.

We had a full gym installed including flooring. We were very happy with everything... there was a slight issue with one of the rowing machines but it was sorted very quickly. Very satisfied⁷.
