I can 100% recommend fitnessapparatuur.nl as they had a great accommodating delivery service of my treadmill, I have been renting it for a few months now and it is a good quality treadmill that has been well maintained. The service and communication is also very quick and they are very helpful.

- *What went well*: quick delivery, good machine, reactive live chat service.

- *What needs improvement*: quite high price as I paid 350 EUR for 12 weeks, with 100 EUR more I could have bought the machine directly but this is an individual decision and an after thought. As a customer I am happy to pay for great service but I have to say I was rather disappointed about the poor consideration of customer experience when, without a standard heads up email on the approaching of the end of the notice period to cancel the lease, I was sent an invoice of EUR 80 euros informing me that, because the notice period was over, the lease was automatically extended by 4 weeks (!). After I contacted them, 5 days later than due (with xmas and weekends included) they did not offer any flexibility as the rule was mentioned in the T&C. Fair enough but giving heads up to your customers on whether they would like to extend or cancel a lease is courtesy and standard best practice. Those 80 EUR won't make me poorer and won't make them richer but I was a promoter and now I would not feel like recommending this company to my family and friends.
