After a couple rounds of emailing customer service, a phone call to customer service, I requested to speak to someone else. That wasn't possible but I was able to leave a message for either a phone call or email from the engineer. They will make a different heel/arch piece and cover it with a too big/wide sole that I can trim to fit my shoes.
This is at least a workable solution - hopefully a comfortable one.
Tried fit my foot at the local Costco. Even after all the measurements etc, the final product that I received lacked the necessary support. In fact, the green model from Superfeet does a much better job at roughly two thirds the cost!!!
Let me start off by saying that I’m very skeptical because of the fact that I have flat feet and I’ve tried many shoe insoles and inserts and they’ve all been OK. But the fitmyfoot company is a really big game changer at least for me. they’re practically perfect. They’re comfortable. They do not hurt and they do give you a lot of support.
The price is really reasonable and the quality of these insoles are actually really great.
