I bought the sitting chair Tai chi…
I bought the sitting chair Tai chi program mainly in hope of being able to gain mobility to my hips and back. While I had some success and lost a little weight, unfortunately some of the exercises were to much for me. Unfortunately I didn't realise that my months purchase would roll over into the next subscription. I contacted Fitme once I realised and explained my issue. There offered a part refund which I accept and then to my surprise my issue was reviewed, without asking and was told I would recieve a full refund. Really appreciate this kind of service.
