I'm still trying to cancel this app. They charged through PayPal for $14.99 on May 15. Then, I tried to cancel the app. On August 13, PayPal shows 2 payments of $109.84, on the same day. I've tried to set my PayPal account with FitMe to Inactive.

I am very happy with my experience with FitMe and especially with their customer support.
I had a technical problem with my account and was unable to access my exercises after completing 26 days of the program. Although it took some time and several messages to resolve the issue, the support team was patient, kind and continued to help me until the problem was finally solved.
My program was reset and everything is now working perfectly again. I was also very pleased that they extended my subscription so I would not lose the time I had paid for.
I really appreciate their effort and willingness to find a solution. I am happy to be able to continue with my exercises and I am looking forward to seeing the results over time.

FitMe evaluation
The FitMe app is very easy to use. It opens quickly and lets me know which day interval I’m on. I really like how the chair yoga instructor walks through each exercise at the same time it is being demonstrated. I signed up for 3 months and will sign up again when this round is up.

I had some difficulty with the cancellation process, as I had requested cancellation in April but my subscription was renewed in August. However, after contacting customer support, they reviewed my case and kindly offered a 30% refund as a one-time exception. I appreciate their support and am glad that the issue was ultimately resolved.
