This company makes a once off order of 3 jars of an automatic recurrent order that is difficult to cancel.
It has now happened twice to me.
There should be a clear choice option when ordering.
I find their practice deceitful and not at all in the interest of customers as they say, but in the interest of securing on going money from people.

Extremely unethical and deceptive…

Extremely unethical and deceptive business practices.

FitForMe put me on a subscription without clear, informed consent. There was no transparent warning that I was signing up for an ongoing charge, yet they continued taking money from my account repeatedly.

To make matters worse, there is no clear or accessible way to cancel the subscription on their website. No cancellation button, no simple account option—nothing. The only way to cancel is by calling them, which is completely unreasonable and feels deliberately designed to trap customers.

This is especially disturbing given that many of their customers are people with medical conditions, post-surgery, or dealing with health issues. Expecting sick or vulnerable people to chase phone calls just to stop unauthorised charges is exploitative and unethical.

This behaviour clearly crosses basic consumer code of conduct principles and feels intentionally deceptive. It erodes trust and takes advantage of people when they are least able to fight back.

I sincerely hope Australian consumer regulators step in and investigate companies that operate like this. No business should be allowed to profit by hiding subscriptions and obstructing cancellations.

Avoid this company unless you want ongoing charges you didn’t clearly agree to and a fight to get your own money back.

Cancellation Form Ignored — Charges Continue

I cancelled my subscription via the website cancellation form on 3 September, yet the company kept charging my account. They even processed another unauthorized payment on 1 December and tried to send products I never ordered.

This is unacceptable and deeply dishonest. Ignoring official cancellations and continuing to bill customers is a scam-like practice.

I strongly advise potential customers to be AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ignoring official cancellation requests, continuing unauthorized billing, and sending unwanted items raises serious concerns about the company’s integrity and business practices.

I am now requesting a full refund and permanent termination of any link to my account.

Great way to add extra protein!

Great way to add extra protein!

I haven’t had weight loss surgery, but I started using the FitForMe Tasteless Collagen Protein to help boost my daily protein intake — and it’s been awesome. It mixes really easily into my coffee, smoothies, or even meals, and you can’t taste it at all.

It’s such a simple way to get a bit more protein in without changing what I eat or drink. I’ve been really happy with it and will definitely keep using it.

I love everything about this product…

I love everything about this product and brand! I struggled to find a multivitamin that didn't make me feel sick every time I took them and I HATED the taste of the other ones on the market. But these tastes amazing and don't make me feel sick. Once a day, delicious and easy to stick to - whats not to love.
Their customer care team are amazing too. They are always so friendly and supportive.

Makes my vitamin routine so much easier!

I’ve been using FitForMe for about a year now, and it’s honestly been such a game changer. After weight loss surgery, trying to figure out what vitamins to take felt overwhelming — there’s just so much info out there!

FitForMe made it simple. One multivitamin a day and I’m done — no overthinking or juggling a million bottles. Everything’s made specifically for people like me, which gives me so much peace of mind.

The team has been amazing too, always kind and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I really feel supported and understood, which means a lot when you’re on this kind of journey.

Hard to cancel to sighn up hard to cancel went…

Easy to sighn up hard to cancel went from around 18 pound to 50 in a month tied to cancel but o computer sez no , I have emailed the company and will be cancelling any further payments through my bank , the exercise and diet are good but since when did it double , absolutely corrupt

What a waste of money

I wanted to try this but it didn’t work for me. The subscription process was not clear so I ended up being committed for an additional three months. What a waste of money. Contacted customer service who were not helpful at all. Don’t be tempted by the trial - find an alternative!

Paid for a week to see if I liked the…

Paid for a week to see if I liked the app , they then took 38€ out of my bank without consent, never even got the chance to even use it , disappointed how this can happen, sent email, and was told there is nothing they can do about it stay away AVOID this app

Be aware of renewal period after trial, you are going yo be charged and no refund policy

Not the best experience.
I wanted to try and used the trial, being a busy mom , I forgot about the renewal window. When I noticed today that the money left the account I contacted support stra8ght away to ask for a refund as I wasn't planning to use the service, it is not compatible with my life and I don't believe it meets my expectation or the promiss to reach the goals set at the beginning.
I was obviously upset as its over 50GBP and not my best time to spend this money, explained and almost begged for a refund.
Instead I was told they don't give refund (I haven't even used the service and asked for it 1 minute after I've noticed money being taken away).
Instead I was offered extra 2 months free to use the app. Honestly you can offer 2 months extra but can't refund my money or at least part of it.
Never again, I have used other apps in the past, much cheaper and with great customer care.

Be aware!!!

Do not recommend

Do not recommend. Due to error at their end not being correctly rectified for 5 or so deliveries over a year I finally cancelled. Each time they told me it was fixed when it was not fixed. On the final time even though the error was still obvious on my account they tried to again tell me it would miraculously be fixed upon the next delivery being processed. Turns out companies can gaslight too.
