Reminders are upbeat
Exercises are clear, and coordinated
Works pretty well with Spotify, with minor glitches
I had to adjust settings and inputs to refine the workout level to match the intended goals.

beware the trial period, you will get charged without warning
same as others, beware the trial period. If you don't cancel, they will bill you without warning for the full amount. I used the app once and it didn't really work for me, nothing negative except the way they are handling this. forgot about the app and six months later they hit my card.
