I was a marathon runner for years—it was a huge part of my life. Seven years ago, I had to stop because of the damage to my knees. Since then, almost every kind of cardio has caused me pain, except swimming. I’m even waiting for a knee replacement.
A friend of mine was taking FitBoots classes, so I looked into them and decided to order a pair. Oh my gosh, they have honestly been a lifesaver! I can run, sprint and do high-intensity workouts again without pain. I can’t explain how amazing it feels to be active again.
I’m forever thankful to FitBoots for giving me such an important part of my life back.

Thank you, Silvia, for sharing your story with us. ❤️ This is truly our “why”—hearing how Fit Boots has made a positive difference in someone’s life is what keeps us going. Keep moving, keep enjoying the benefits of rebounding, and happy bouncing! ❤️
Is this even a real company?
I placed an order after being told the boots would ship within a few days, only to be informed that they weren’t actually in stock and that I needed to change my order to an available item. They said they would ship four days from our email exchange and someone did print a shipping label. However, nothing was sent. After waiting over five weeks with no fulfillment or proactive communication, I followed up to cancel my order and request an immediate full refund.
Instead of processing the cancellation and apologizing, customer service repeatedly tried to push small discounts and steer me toward entirely different colors and models, promising those would ship instead. When I insisted on an immediate refund, there was no apology for the delay—just a dismissive suggestion to try back in a few months when inventory returned. I doubt they would send something.... I would just be moved to another product, assured it would ship within a few days, and get nothing for weeks.
Holding customer funds for weeks on out-of-stock inventory while attempting a shell game of alternative items is completely unacceptable. As a longtime user of rebound boots looking forward to the design improvements over Kangoo Jumps, this disorganized, indifferent customer service was a massive disappointment and a waste of time. Buy elsewhere with proper buyer protections, because direct support here is unreliable.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience with us became so frustrating.
We experienced an unexpected stock shortage, and unfortunately the alternative colour we offered also sold out before we were able to complete the change to your order. We understand how disappointing that was, especially after you had already been waiting.
Our intention was never to move you from one unavailable product to another. We tried to offer the options available at the time, including alternative colors or waiting for the incoming stock with an additional discount. That said, our stock communication and follow-up should have been clearer and faster in your case.
As soon as you decided you no longer wanted to wait, we processed your refund immediately.
We are reviewing this experience internally because this is not the standard of communication we want our customers to receive. We’re sorry that your first experience with Fit Boots did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.
