I had product fail and it was 1 week…

I had product fail and it was 1 week out of warranty and they would not back it. I just wanted to exchange it for another unit that was more expensive and they would not return the credit. Please let people know about this so they don’t have the same issue.

False promises regarding delivery times, inaccurate item descriptions, horrible return policies, careless customer service… just some of the many reasons FishUSA is the last place you want to shop

Horrible experience fishUSA. They had a shipping timeline posted on their homepage for delivery before xmas. Ordered before cutoff time stated by their timeline to make sure i would have my items before Xmas I could see my package was not going to deliver before Xmas as I tracked it on usps informed delivery. Contacted customer service and they told me if I doesnt deliver before xmas it will on the 26th at the latest. Of course the Package did not arrive before xmas or on the 26th as they reassured me it would . In fact it delivered 5 business days after Xmas. Ridiculous. False promise after false promise.They try to draw customers in with those inaccurate time lines and get you to spend your money on their site. Then when your package fails to deliver when they promise They don’t care cuz they’ve already got your money. Don’t Bother trying to return your order either because they screw you when it comes to returns also. They make you pay for return shipping costs. Theyll gjve you a return shipping label to download and print but deduct the shipping cost for your return from your refund amount. Just a bunch of hustlin scammers. I regret ever visiting theyre site. Wont even consider buying from them again. I hope somebody sues them and they go bankrupt.

FishUSA is hands-down one of the best…

FishUSA is hands-down one of the best places to order fishing gear, especially for ice fishing. They’ve got everything you could ever need and then some. When the useless post office lost my shipment (no surprise there), FishUSA didn’t hesitate — they replaced it right away and made it right without any runaround.

Excellent selection, great prices, and customer service that actually cares. I’ll definitely keep buying from them!

Fishusa.com worst business Ever!!

I ordered a st. Croix musky mojo rod and a penn reel for my fishing trip to upper Michigan, paid for overnight shipping so I can go to this trip I paid for with buddies, and only got the reel!Now it’s been three days and the day of the trip. So I called when they opened up and they sent me to voicemail four times within almost 40 minutes before somebody picked up! Then after explaining how frustrated I am the guy told me it’s coming from st. Croix themselves and that they had not shipped it yet it looked like! I told the man that I ain’t order from st. Croix and that I ordered from them, that I paid to get overnight shipping so everything would be here in time for this trip I and my buddies paid for! I told him I want some money refunded at a discounted price and my rod here today for my trip and the man told me he couldn’t do that. Well I paid fish USA money to have all my stuff overnighted and here on time for my trip paid a lot for this trip let alone the rod and reel too and I did not pay at Croix I paid fish USA and there the one responsible to get me my rod on time. It’s been 3 days on business days on overnight shipping!! And for them to not accommodate me with a major discount and my rod for their bad business highly frustrates me and I recommend everyone to spend there money somewhere else. Bad business is bad business!

bought 1/16 jig heads from fishusa last…

bought 1/16 jig heads from fishusa last year and they were fantastic, with a good size hook for catching crappy
Bought them this year and they came with smaller hook, and catching crappie with them is a challenge to say the least. Very disappointed and feel that I was ripped off at my own cost

FishUSA has an incredible selection and I have received my orders relatively quickly. I was in the market for a spare spool for my Shimano Stradic, and FishUSA was the only place that I could find that carried it! There have been multiple times that FishUSA carried something that no other store kept in stock, or had something at a lower price, and so it is now often the first place I check. Keep up the awesome work.

Never buy from FISHUSA

Ordered a couple of fishing poles.. They were supposed to be medium light... NOPE more like a 2x4 piece of wood. Then the return policy requires the buyer to ship back at full retail pricing, NO return authorization code or an discount. it cost me $45 to ship from Ny to PA... Ill NEVER buy from FISHUSA again!

ordered lures two weeks ago never got them called to cancel and they said they were shipping today they processed my credit card same day order went in.had similar problem two years ago item not in stock processed credit card anyway they said cant cancel order because it just went out today. terrible company will be my last order with them

Best Customer Service!!

I had ordered a umbrella net. I could not get it to work, Customer Service got with me about it. I tried but still could not work it. I asked about returning it. Everything was handled in the best way. They are fast to respond and help in any way possible. I will be ordering again something different next week.

****BUYER BEWARE****

****BUYER BEWARE**** I would think twice before buying from FishUSA. A couple weeks ago I purchased a rod from them online. Hours after ordering I had to cancel the order which I did. This was on a weekend so on Monday I followed up with an email explaining why I had to cancel the order. Never got a reply to either message. A few days later I checked my account and the order # showed no items, total cost was $0.00 and the Status said Closed. Obviously I figured they canceled as I asked and were just to busy to reply. Then a few days later I get a message from UPS saying they shipped the rod. They also took the money out of my bank account. I have sent 5 or 6 messages to every method I could find and have still not gotten a reply. I'm unable to call while they are open and there is no excuse for this lack of Customer Service. I thought about sending it back but I don't trust them to issue the refund, so now I'm stuck with a rod that I don't need or want. My account still shows the same info for this order so obviously they have some serious issues with how they handle their orders. I will never order from them again and will be posting my story wherever I can so hopefully I can keep someone else from dealing with FISHUSA. You have been warned.

Great service, Company is getting it done.

Placed 2 orders (2/10/20, 5/10/20) Excellent service both times, both shipped the next day due to late evening placing of the order. USPS shipping leaves a lot to be desired, but it works, 2 days and it is out for delivery with "reel fast standard" delivery..

Fantastic Service!!

FISHUSA mistakenly shipped a parcel via UPS, rather than by USPS priority., as I had requested.

This resulted in an addition expense of $20.70 USD in brokerage and customs fees.

I pointed this out to FISHUSA and was immediately reimbursed the additional expenditure.

Can't get better than that!!
