The chat has HUMANS not bots, they are available fairly quickly, even when busy, and do help you solve problems with the platform or quieries. They might be online but I find them more ready to help than those in offices I could walk in in the past. You can also communicate via email with the individual who follows you. Their explainer-guides on how to do things like on the agenzia del entrate platform, are clear.

The Company with No English Policy
I wrote to them and got a mobile appointment only to learn that they have a company policy to not speak English. The sales manager told me to contact via e-mail. He actually sent me an e-mail still in Italian. I tried to explain my situation in Italian with using translate but still they didn’t respond and help me. If you can’t speak Italian, don’t except to get a service.
