Adriana was brilliant so helpful and reassuring. I had no idea about this service and will use again for any future vet needs. I am really impressed with the vet i spoke to, how fast everything was, very professional. Helped me and my cat.

Absolutely first class service. I was worried about Gus and vaguely remembered First vet. Very easy to download the app and had a very helpful long (1/2 hour) consultation.

I felt fully informed and happy that my cat was being treated correctly. I had a full 10 min conversation with the vet and felt fully assured by the end of it.

First Vet Dr called at time arranged. Appointments were available in half an hour. Really nice and helpful. Was able to upload pictures before consult so she had all the info. Received a follow-up email afterwards confirming diagnosis, what was discussed etc, and recommendations for things to watch for etc.
Really pleased. Would def use again.

Used first vet for the first time and I spoke with a lovely lady who gave me some great advice for my dog, no buffering during the call and the quality of the video call was fab, recommend this alot.

Fantastic to have, especially in these times of COVID.

Made my 1st video appointment today as I have unlimited free appointments through my pet insurance provider. Video was clear and the Vet was friendly and informative, very helpful and would recomend. Also included is the helpful email that followed providing all the information and more of everything discussed during the appointment.
