First time customer and had a great experience. We had been waiting for a backorder part from the dealership for months, then we learned it was available here. Upon ordering the part, Customer Service reached out to assist with a full verification that it was the correct part for our vehicle (large, high value part). They were able to perform a search and verify the part was the right fit and quickly had it shipped!

Fast shipping and part was as described. Installed quickly and working!

I ordered a part and paid for next day shipping and it didn’t even ship till late the next day and the lady I talked to said she would call be back on the status when I called and she never did they just shipped it and I wanted to cancel the order. Now I’m stuck with a part I don’t need because we had to get one elsewhere..... Update, they reached out and offered full refund for my returned purchase. Customer service seems important to them because they made things right!

Unfortunately I never received this order.i ordered as a Next Day Air so I was supposed to received it the following day.i tracked on line the delivery status and keep saying in transit trying to correct the delivery address.
After contacting UPS without any good answer ,I contacted First Truck twice so they will be aware of the problem and also as a shipper to call UPS .Their answer was that they will try but apparently they never didn’t because the latest information posted on UPS site was that the package has been returned to the shipper,
I expect a refund as soon as possible.

This company is god awful. I paid for a part and two day shipping. The parts wasn’t at the warehouse nor did I receive my item in two days. The part isn’t arriving until a week later. Management refused to give me a refund on shipping. These people are no good to do business with. Cost my shop because customer had to wait an extra week past the agreed date.

The ease of locating the correct part, great description, and the ability to follow the whole process to delivery at my door. Great job!

They had the part (Ram 1500 ABS control module) in stock that I couldn't find anywhere else. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly.

The part I needed was actually in stock, and I rec'd it in 2 days.

Called and got an in person rep. She could answer my question quickly. Ordering was a breeze.

Product was as described and shipping was prompt.
