Best service I have every had on truck parts

If I could give it no stars I would. I called to verify availability of the part and was told that it was in stock and would ship that afternoon. Received an email 2 hours later trying to pawn off a used part to me instead of the part I ordered claiming it was not in stock. Checked website again and it says it's in stock. If they lie about simple things they'll lie about important things.

Got wrong ecm from them, then told them they sent the wrong one. Took forever to get someone on the line. Then told me i had to pay to return it. And wait until they verify. Then get me right one.

The part was exactly as described and at a great price. Shipped fast and right to my front door, was packaged well to protect the part. I'm very pleased with this purchase and will continue doing business with them.

I purchased an ECU in good faith expecting it to be as advertised. Upon receipt of the item it had been opened and repackaged in a different box. After inspection of the item I noticed several scratches on the back and as well as the front on the terminal pins. At this point I opened a return request with PayPal due to the fact that the item is not as advertised. In my complaint I pointed out the marks on the unit with pictures that I took after receiving the item and as well as on the pictures that was taken prior to shipping supplied by FTP(First Truck Parts). FTP has validation of this complaint via emails direct and through PayPal resolution. The ECU was returned and it has been confirmed by FTP that it has been received. Although FTP has not issued a refund because of a charge back of some sort. There has been no explanation of the charges. I did not order the item to just look at it and send it back. I am in need of the item to get my truck repaired. Now that they are holding my money I can not afford to purchase the item from another Vendor.
What could be done better is: inform the customer that the items have been previously opened and repackaged for safe/secure shipping. Also advise that back of the item may have scratches and the front may consist of traces of a connection on the terminal pins from sitting on the manufacturer’s shelf prior to being placed in its original packaging. I think this will help the customer understand the “New, Never Used” term…

Customer service was bad, availability of parts was inaccurate and the part description was completely wrong too. What was on the website is not correct with what was sent.

FIRST TRUCK PARTS REALLY IMPRESSED ME AT EVERY STEP OF THE ORDER PROCESS INCLUDING AN EMAIL FROM THE REP LETTING ME KNOW THAT A HURRICANE WAS AFFECTING MY SHIPMENT AND GAVE ME A HEADSUP. THAT WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE - WELL DONE!
