Shipping was VERY delayed with no explanations and i sent many messages via different messaging channels asking about it, didn't receive a single reply. I was already questioning whether i had been scammed 😅 very dissappointed, but glad the order eventually arrived

Order never arrived - do not buy from them. Never got a refund. Didn’t answer emails. Had to dispute with my bank. Their website does not work and my bank said the company is out of business / non-responsive with them as well.

I ordered 3 safran supplements for my child, since it helps with mood and seretonin production. I have ordered from first Organic baby a couple of times before. But now, they just keep saying, that there is a problem with the warehouse, and the order will be sent next week. I put in my order 13th of May, and it is still not sent, and FirstOrganicBaby are not answering me any more.

I wish I read these reviews before placing order with them. Unreliable, false advertising. It’s been over a week since placement of the order $500, still not shipped. Stay away from these people. And report them to Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order and paid for the formula on April 28, as of May 20, nothing was delivered, a tracking number was not provided, chat, email and whatsapp (all contacts listed on their website) have not been answered for several days… I sent 3-4 emails. They are not answered. I sent a WhatsApp message and it’s not answered. Please send the product. My baby needs to eat… which is why I ordered almost a month ago… you advertised that it would be expedited…. Please… I ordered over $500 USD worth of formula stage 2. Please provide some sort of status.

Its my 4th or 5th times of ordering from here already, lowest price you can find and their delivery always on time.

This company advertised their baby formula in Ebay. I purchased and paid for their products. Then four hours later they cancelled my order and they put the price up for that product.
Never going to purchase through this company ever again.

Best quality, most reasonable price and best costumer service. My baby loves the organic Hipp goat formula. 5 star

Efficient, on time and good price.

The website has a good array and variety of products. I stumbled upon them since we decided to feed our baby Holle baby powder. While they were efficient and quick at shipping in the beginning, the shipping and turnaround times have become progressively worse. Last time I ordered from them, it took them 18 days to ship a product and the delivery took close to 25 days - when the turnaround time on their website is 8-10 days.

My order of: "135 Film Negative Scanner Convert 35mm Film" stopped working the second day I had it.
