If I could give a 0, I would, but you have to provide some kind of star rating to write a review. BEWARE: THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO BE FRAUDULENT. I received a tax form for 2025, yet I can't find any information about this company. There have been no deposits into my bank account from them, and no emails or any other correspondence between this company and me. Furthermore, you cannot get their website to load; it simply says "Forbidden." Nor do I recall using this company for a loan or anything. I went back years and nothing, what is really going on?

Just received a 1099-C as well. Never heard of them. Never got a loan from them either. Yet I have a 100-C from them saying 600 was discharged? Not making any sense.

If only I could leave negative stars. I just received a 1099-c from this company, I have never heard of this company, and I have never got a loan from them. Their email doesn't work, and their phone number go directly to an automated message.

They sent me 500 and I never applied for a loan. Nor have I ever been on their site. Called the customer service number after my bank told me who sent me the money. And the guy couldn’t even find my account no matter what he used to look up my information. And then told me that since he couldn’t find my application that they didn’t send me the money. So now I gotta dispute it with the bank so I don’t get charged anything

The process and application was very easy to take care of. Once approved it was about 3-4hours and the loan was in my bank. I was given a loan payment schedule and advised of Customer service #if I needed assistance

You should say when and time the funds will be available so we can be able to use the funds when your customer apply for a loan for emergencies

This situation I'm in is tough. To have a company that gives you a chance to make things right without making things painful. Is definitely a blessing. Straight forward questions to instant decision on your approval. I couldn't ask for more

The company is good but what u pay back is way too much.

I've been very happy with the way the company treats its customers and are very professional.

I never took out a loan with this company, and they are now GARNISHING my paycheck for money I DO NOT OWE! I called the customer service and they can't verify me with the information I provided, name, address, name of my bank,but yet they say there is a loan under my name. Why am I paying 1,300.00 to a company I know nothing about and why can't customer service help with this issue. I do NOT have a loan, never did and I am getting my money taken. I have spoken to a attorney and I will proceed with legal action since no one will help me with this issue! I know never to deal with these companies and I will do what I have to to get my money back. I never even got notice that I was going to be garnished, no court papers no letters or anything and I wonder why, because you don't have my information because I never had a loan. I am done having 100 every two weeks taken from my pay and I will not stop here! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I DID NOT DO BUSINESS AND THEY ARE TAKING MY PAY. SEE YOU IN COURT!!!!
They sent a email through trustpilot asking for loan information, I sent then what I could then NEVER heard back from anyone regarding this issue! Spoke to a attorney and will file in the courts next week! I don't have a loan, they won't listen so I have to take this further....
UPDATE: They finally stopped the garnishment that was happening and I have heard NOTHING further regarding the funds they took in the amount of 698.12! I have called, emailed and faxed and no one will respond to me at all regarding my money! I am so tired of being ignored and these funds should have NEVER taken them and now I can get them back and my employer has not received anything.
