After i bought my servers i requested…

After i bought my servers i requested to open port 25, after a long process of verification they refuse as they have so many abuses, ok that fine for me if they don't want to. I asked them to refund me as i no longer need those servers and it not mentioned in their TOS that they ship servers with port closed ... after that i was ignored and left in a dead sea

Notre politique contre le SPAM est particulièrement importante pour nous, considérant qu'Internet serait bien meilleurs si vous ce que vous faites était puni.

worst VPS service

worst VPS service, they don't want to validate my order because i have to send my personal information out and they refuse to send a refund and on this moment are fighting my chargeback on paypal.

You admitted the informations on your account were fake, and in addition to that, your paypal account is not verified.

Therefore, as written in our general terms of sales, it is our right to ask you to prove your identity by submitting us your ID. We are only applying the french law, that requires from us to be able to identify every user of our services, in order to prevent frauds, scams, spams or other illegal uses.

If you provide your ID to us, you will be granted access to the service you ordered.
Else, we will continue with the chargeback case.

By the way, giving us 1* when you are the one who does not want to respect the law is kinda unfair.

Hello tips and tricks,

When you buy a VPS you have to wait for our commercial team to validate your purchase, then the vps installs, then you recieve an email with all your credentials. It can take several hours on weekends but we always deliver the orders.

I am sorry to hear this had not been the case : do not hesitate to open a ticket to our support team through your customer area on the website so our team can check what has gone wrong and deliver your vps to you!

Worst customer support and scam…

Worst customer support and scam company. They charged my card and did not provide server access. Sent them multiple emails for a refund but no luck.
