As a landlord I have used David several times to carry out the EPCs on my properties. He is efficient professional and his fees are the lowest in the area. You could not find anybody better to do the job.

David recently carried out an EPC on a rental property I own. He was recommended by someone who used him when they moved house a few months ago. David was really friendly and very knowledgeable. The appointment was arranged quickly and without fuss, he went to the property at a time convenient for my tenant and I had the report a few days later. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend First EPC to anyone.
