Went to See Ne-Yo & Akon in standing

Went to See Ne-Yo & Akon in standing, we paid £600 for four tickets, the sound was terrible, you couldn't even hear them singing let alone see them, we were in standing, all we heard was a banging vibration, so dissapointed. Very poor sound quality.

Great arena

Great arena, been several times and it’s always great. Food and drink prices are not the cheapest but that’s to be expected.

Damian is a gem!

Staff member Damian is an absolute credit to the arena. He turned what was about to be a very traumatic outing for my profoundly disabled daughter fully around and we couldn’t be any more grateful. His kindness, empathy and willingness to be inclusive meant our family got to enjoy an event we otherwise wouldn’t and have made some beautiful memories! A big thank you to him and the arena once again.

booked a show at the first direct arena called wicked wizard of oz cirque spectacular , wow never again , very poor badly presented pantomime left at first available opportunity , what a waste of money completely false advertising for

No queue organisation

Visited on Friday 14th November to see Bob Dylan. The weather was horrendous, non stop rain. Getting into the arena was a nightmare, there didn't seem to be any organisation whatsoever. There was massive queues but nobody had a clue which queue to join. We joined a queue and twenty minutes later were told it was only for a certain section, and we had to go to the back of another lengthy queue. Absolute farse. We will never come here again.

Our team always aims to make entry as smooth as possible, but the heavy rain and large crowd on the night unfortunately caused some disruption to the usual flow. We’ll be reviewing our queue signage and staff direction to help prevent this happening again in future.

Great experience

Went to watch a concert and used the executive club with a meal before hand and it was excellent, great service and friendly staff.
