I tried msging on the whatsapp number through which i placed the order but no answer at all. Looks like they have blocked

I ordered shoes from this website and got defective product. They ignored my messages and did not reply my calls after I told them shoes are defective. Then one day one person replied me and asked me to send shoes back to an address which was incomplete address mentioned by them. This way they can collect the shoes back from courier if I ship and never send me back replaced copy and I loose both money and shoes. Also they said me that do not have any shop and asked me to ship through DTDC only and not visit the shop for replacement. Look guys if a shop is genuine, why they will deny me to come to shop and replace it? Totally fake website.

Don’t buy anything from this website. I ordered Nike sports shoe for 1700. They are using good tactics to cheat people by adding option of 10% off on full payment later they are not picking calls and giving reply in wats app.

They took 200 rupees in advance from me and it has been two days for my order but till now neither any information has come from their side nor delivery and I have also messaged him on whatsapp many times but they do not reply.

They are very cooperative and when I told them it’s my birthday and I need delivery on or before that day, they tried their best to delivery my shoes and when it was delivered to me on time they compensated me very nicely! The shoes are also of very good quality.
