They use old pictures to make bookings:

We booked a townhouse that shows a frame pool and a l-shaped corner sofa. As we arrived, there was a different and dirty sofa. The pool wasn't there anymore, but the latter was already there.

After cancelling the booking, because of obvious fraud, they hold back the money for the first day and a cleaning fee. But we cancelled, because the property didn't match the advertising on booking.com. After that, we are ghosted by them.

We arrived to an apartment that looks ideal for us within minutes it was apparent we had just walked into a nightmare, on check in there was nothing on file saying we were arriving so at 2am was calling round, at 3am we got inside the apartment which was disgusting, by 4am we had booked another hotel and informed this company that we were leaving immediately.

The bathroom sink was cracked with a bucket under it, th shower head broken and sprayed everywhere, dirty mops left out on display, mould all over

All units damaged, the air con was covered in mould, the blinds didn’t cover the window so blocking out light was impossible.

Clearly this company can not manage a property

We stayed in Westminster residence Dubai mall, managed by first class property team and they were excellent in all departments be it quick check and late check out, rooms are well maintained neat and clean, we have stayed here many times and we are very happy with their service and when ever we plan dubai trip we make sure we stay in this property managed by first class team, thank you for everything

Junaid has been so helpful whilst we’ve been in Dubai! He’s super responsive and very knowledgeable. The apartment is amazing too, would highly recommend!!!

Very disappointing stay! I booked this apartment mainly for the swimming pool with the beautiful Burj Khalifa view, which was a key feature in the listing. When I arrived, the pool was completely closed for maintenance during my entire stay, and no one informed me beforehand. This felt dishonest, as it was one of the main reasons I chose this place.

On top of that, the apartment had a strong, unbearable smell that made it impossible to feel comfortable. While the place was technically clean, the odor came from something structural, like the plumbing or ventilation, and no cleaning could fix it.

The appliances were also not working properly—the oven and a few other items didn’t function, which made things even more frustrating. Several things were falling apart, like the shower, and overall, the apartment felt neglected and poorly maintained.

To make matters worse, there was constant loud construction right in front of the window, making it hard to relax or even sleep at times. This also wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the listing.

I reached out to the host asking for a partial refund given all these issues, but they refused to take any responsibility.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place—it’s nothing like the listing promises, and the management doesn’t care about guests’ comfort or experience.

The property was fantastic and very comfortable. The host Rashed was extremely hospitable and very understanding of our requirements. Great views and ambience, for sure a place to visit again.
