The technician was on time, friendly, showed me different options at different price points online, instructed me on the best use and maintenance of my fireplace that was new to me, and went beyond the call of duty to remove old parts and haul them away. He had good advice style and function wise. We love our updated fireplace! First Rate job!

Eliminated most of gas smell but left…
Eliminated most of gas smell but left the logs arranged in a very artificial way and suggested that was the way to minimize smell. Looked odd and also little flame touched the logs so minimal heat was generated. Looked nothing like the original installation.
