Did what i asked of them nd price was fair.

My chimney cap blew off and was destroyed. 1st Choice Chimney came out and measured and installed a new cap with a guarantee that this one will stay in place. Thanks!

They wanted me to pay half up front so they could buy the materials. I went to Home Depot and bought the materials for a fourth of what they were going to charge. I will never use a contractor that can't buy their own materials.

Showed up on time. Rates were reasonable. Called before appointment to advise technician was in route. Answered all my questions. Professional, polite, courteous and punctual. I couldn't ask for more.

I was very pleased with the repair work done on my chimney. Eric and his assistant were very professional. Eric showed up when he said he would and did what was quoted. They also cleaned up after themselves. We had a major repair done on the chimney and it looks brand new. I will definitely work with this company again.
They also did a chimney cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. All workers were helpful and answered questions.
