Dan and his crew were truly outstanding!We faced a situation with some unwelcome squirrels trying to settle in our attic.Dan and his team promptly arrived, conducted a thorough inspection, and immediately pinpointed the issue along with several solutions.He explained his strategy, ensured it would address the problem, and confidently assured us that the squirrels would no longer trouble us.He scheduled a follow-up visit at our convenience a few days later and efficiently resolved the issue.I wholeheartedly endorse Dan and his technical team for their expertise, professionalism, and extensive knowledge.Dan delivered on his promises with great skill, and we haven't seen the squirrels since!

After a thorough browse for a solid pest control with competitive prices I booked a bed bug treatment with FCPS.
I would 100% vouch for them.
Not only was the treatment immediately effective, they also dealt with the whole experience with great courtesy, professionalism and patience which makes all the difference when one is exhausted and stressed due to pest issues. They also offer a warranty for further peace of mind.

Alan & Matt were very polite professional and hard working. they hoovered up all the mess and left it clean and tidy, very happy with what they did.

I have already have 3 visit from the Company in my flat to managed the mice that has been instructed by the Real Estate Agency I am renting the flat from.
Unfortunately the issue has not been sorted yet.
The person that came was professional that tis the reason for the second star.
The issue I am having with the Company is that when a follow up is needed their response is not timely or effective. I have to spend another weekend avoiding mice in my kitchen and living room.

The staff at this company are efficient, understanding and friendly. The prices are not exorbitant but reasonable and work is very thorough. I obtained a few quotes before deciding. The booking clerk Michelle was accommodating and Femi & Marcus who carried out work were very helpful, informative so I knew what to expect during and after treatments. They were punctual and trustworthy in my home. All my expectations for treatmentwere fully satisfied. A guarantee for the work is given. Great for peace of mind.

Recently had issues with bed bugs as my house is very humid at times and the first call team accurately and most importantly, very promptly sorted out the issue. Little did I know they also made and installed cabinets wardrobes and all type of carpentry which I instantly jumped on and purchased myself a 4 tier multi storage wardrobe that fit along my wall with precision. The LED finish and details were top tier. My recommendations to anybody looking to sort out their home.

Super efficient and really took the time to understand and care about what you wanted help with. Danny was really great and they found the problem and worked on it until it was all complete and pests all Gone. Tried a few other companies and they couldn’t get it done. We had bedbugs in our property for up to 6 months, we tried several companies and had no luck until we contacted First Call. James was so polite, knowledgeable and thorough with the treatment process. They said the treatment would be cleared within the 3 visits recommended and although there were bedbugs on my headboard, curtains, bed storage, skirting boards and even on my sofa - I was bedbug free after the third treatment. They also provide a warranty to give you peace of mind.

Would strongly recommend to anyone dealing with bedbugs and I will certainly be using you guys again should the nightmare return one day.

Jonathan from the Carpentry Department was so helpful, I had an idea on how we wanted our wardrobes and under-stair storage to look but after seeing some of the similar projects completed by First Call, we decided to take some of their ideas and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

This has breathed new life into my home. I can access my gas and electrical metres comfortably and utilise the space below my stairs for storage as I originally wanted. My son’s wardrobe is outstanding! The level of craftsmanship is incredible and the team were so mindful with regard to ensuring my home was clean during and after the whole process.
Would not hesitate to recommend and I cannot wait to get my wardrobe done next!

Dan and his team were absolutely fantastic!

We had some uninvited squirrels that were attempting to make the roof space their home.

Dan and his colleagues came, carried out the survey and identified the problem and some options for us right away.

Dan told us his plan of action promised it would to solve the problem and reassured us the squirrels would no longer be a problem.

He arranged to return a few days later at our convenience and solved the issue straight away.

I would highly recommend Dan and his team of technicians for their professionalism, knowledge and expertise.

Dan did exactly what he said he was going to do and did it well and the unwanted guests haven't been back since!!!!

I’ve had very good experience with First Call Pest Control. Got a call out ASAP and my problem solved. The technician who came was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and done a great job and my mice problem ever since has been solved. Will definitely call them again if needed.

I’m very happy with the decorating job from First Call, our walls were not in a good state and it now looks brand new! The team are friendly and reliable. They did an excellent job and finished quicker than I expected. I highly recommend their services.
