Disappointed
I ordered The Tipsy Tree gin advent calendar as a surprise for my wife. Initially I was impressed the tree itself is well made and stylish. On getting the bottles out of the box one of them was broken. The cap was damaged and the glass was cracked, needless to say the bottle was empty. However the box shows no sign of damage from liquid so I guess the bottle was damaged before packing and not during the delivery process.
My annoyance comes from the fact that I contacted customer support to ask for a replacement bottle and they haven't so much as acknowledged my request.
Hey-ho it's only a miniature bottle of gin but I can't help but feel a tinge of disappointment.
