Simple to use and very good…

The site is easy to use with lots of choice. I've used them before and now my prescriptions has changed I went straight back to them.
I was kept up to date with the tracking of my glasses. They arrived safely and are very good. The fit is nice and comfortable and the lenses are perfect. Very happy.

Firmoo might make good glasses but they have difficulty getting them to you

I can’t comment on the quality of the glasses from this company because the two pairs I ordered were never delivered after a 4 week wait from ordering. Apparently the courier couldn’t find my property despite having the correct postal address and delivering glasses several months earlier my wife ordered from this company.
Control over a courier in another country is difficult to achieve. My one star review is based on the absence of customer care, and to a certain extent, logic in dealing with the issue. I was offered a voucher £50 in excess of my original order to order any replacement glasses, or a priority remake of my original order at no cost, or a full refund. Standard delivery via unspecified courier was the only option without paying extra for Express delivery via a named courier. No way to treat a customer who’d been so inconvenienced. Couriers are the weak link. Express delivery would have mitigated this risk.

Wrong strength bifocal lenses done, still have to pay postage

After previous good experiences with Firmoo, I recently had a disappointing experience with bi-focal lenses. Had a new prescription and entered it correctly on their platform. Glasses arrived and I followed their guidance and web guidance adapting to bi-focal lenses after always having single vision ones. The right eye was still blurry as this had short sighted strength in also. My previous prescription was fine! I took my glasses to a high street opticians (where I got my eye test) and they kindly checked the prescription and was found that the right eye distance strength was stronger than I entered. I knew they didn’t feel right! I rang Firmoo to explain, and that it was done incorrectly in their lab. They didn’t seem to grasp that the lense was stronger than I requested after sending them a picture of the actual lense strength print out I got from the opticians, compared to my current prescription. Offered a full refund (-postage and vat) or a voucher of the same value as a full refund. I decided to get the voucher and same glasses but was skeptical it may happen again as I would be doing the same process with the same prescription! I then had to pay a further p and p which I was annoyed about as I hadn’t done anything wrong as there was no error on my part. It had been done wrong in their lab. Whilst the new glasses arrived, I still wasn’t happy and struggled to adapt so opted to get a refund, minus the postage and vat. I had to send them back at a cost to myself for a recorded/tracked delivery. I think that now i require a more specialised lense, its best for me to go to the high street, rather than online so that I have a f2f aftercare if there are any issues. It’s a shame as my past experiences with single lenses have been great from Firmoo. The fact that the error was on their part… it was me who was out of pocket.

Our lab manufactures each pair of glasses according to the prescription and lens options provided at the time of order. However, optical comfort can sometimes be affected by various factors, such as: accuracy of the prescription and pupillary distance (PD), frame fit and how the glasses sit on your face, individual adaptation to new multifocal lenses, the positioning of the optical center in relation to the eyes etc. If you’d like, our customer service team can help analyze the possible causes to help you avoid similar issues in the future.

If you had your glasses checked by a local optician, please feel free to share a copy of their assessment or test results with us. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing error on our part, we will take full responsibility and provide the solution accordingly.

Easy ordering process, great choices of frames, I got my reading glasses & same prescription in sunglasses for an unbeatable price, readers are fabulous in usage & quality, sun glasses are great in looks, quality & usage, great products for an unbelievable price, great service so far, can’t complain & will definitely use again, delivery was couple of weeks, great all around experience

Great choice of frames and lenses

Great choice of frames and lenses, so many styles to choose from. I have just received my third order from Firmoo and each one has been received in a couple of weeks and of great quality. My last order was for a couple of spare everyday pairs so just basic lenses, got 2 pairs delivered for under £30. I wasn't sure what frames would suit, but you can upload a picture of yourself to 'try on' and get an idea of what each pair would look like on/their size etc.
In my opinion you just can't beat them.
Would definitely recommend and will order again.

who knew seeing clearly could look this adorable?

“Just received up my 2 pairs of new glasses and honestly? I might have peaked. These frames are both so cute they should come with a warning label. I slipped them on and instantly gained +10 confidence, +20 glam, and at least +50 ‘who is she?’ energy.
Not only do they make me look like I have my life together (a powerful illusion), but they’re comfy, stylish, and basically the main character accessory I didn’t know I needed. If seeing the world more clearly and looking fabulous while doing it is wrong, I don’t want to be right.
Consider this your sign to get glasses that make you feel unstoppable. Mine are officially my new personality. Great work Firmoo keep it up”

Waste if time

Glasse took a while to arrive, longer than expected. When they did arrive, they were nothing like the prescription I entered or ordered. I can see better without the glasses on!

I took the glasses to specsavers to see if I could have lenses put in by them as the frames are nice but this is a very costly process. The lady at Specsavers put the glasses through a machine and confirmed that did not match my prescription one iota!

So all in all, a complete and utterly waste if time. I really wouldn't bother.

On the positive, the company did offer me a full refund very promptly.
