I am writing to you to formally report a complaint on one of your products (590119 ST Ginger, Batch no 1006385279) that I purchased via PT Indesso Niagatama on 9 September 2022.
I previously got a sample (batch no 1006102989), to mix with my product (carbonated drink), and it worked very well so I made a repeat purchase. However, the new batch I got was much different than the one before. This new batch has a very strong chemical-medicine-like taste and smell, which strongly affected my product.
