Wonderful products and fantastic customer service! I often don’t usually expect much from customer service, but the firm abs support was SO good. Not only did they reach out super quickly, but the best part of it all was how thorough and understanding they were. They made sure to validate my experience and give follow-up contact until the issue was resolved. It can be so frustrating talking to someone who doesn’t get what you’re trying to say. I’ve purchased 6 Zipped Tanks from this company. I absolutely love their product. It’s a stunning fit & very flattering. It’s fitted @ the waist, due to the zip it enhances your cleavage. There’s an array of colours. You’ll want to buy all of them. The quality is good. Hand wash in like warm water, gentle spin, don’t tumble dry. I had an issue with one, I’m a size S, one item arrived in S, it was slightly too neat, the support team were excellent, they promptly responded to my query,they offered to send me a size M free of charge, I was informed to gift my current item.The items arrive beautifully packaged I a nice zipped bag. I highly recommend this company.

I received EXCELLENT customer service; efficient, prompt, polite, professional and friendly.
I received my order and some items were too small so customer service offered to send me larger sizes without any additional cost plus a 25% refund AND granted me to keep the items that are too small to gift them to other people.

The answers were quick too. I am very happy with the outcome!

Great products, really liked my order but couple of items were too large so when I emailed the company requesting an exchange, they replied within a very short time frame informing me that they have sent me an exchange already! OMG! Talking about efficient customer service! They also told me I do not need to return the items I asked to exchange. Very quick and efficient, thank you !!

Great quality, great design with cute details even on the inside. I just got surprised with a little heart-shaped patch on the inside in one of my top. Love it!

Ordered for the first time and received my 2 sets which ended up being a bit tight (I'm 5'7" and 140lbs and ordered the M)...reached out to Customer service about exchange to the next size up and received an email response within the hour! Looking forward to delivery. Thank you :)

⚠️ Disappointed with Firm Apps – No Response to Return Request

I placed an order with Firm Apps on June 9th (Order FABS1202DF232493sa) and received three workout sets. I wanted to return two of them and have sent multiple emails requesting the return address — but I haven’t received any reply.

Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to return items within 14 days, and the company is obligated to provide return instructions. So far, Firm Apps has completely ignored my messages.

I’m really disappointed with this lack of service and hope they will still respond. Based on other reviews, I’m clearly not the only customer experiencing this issue. Be cautious if you’re planning to order here.

Have to say I never heard of this company until I asked some lady where are her leggings from I was so in love with it I had to search this brand I ordered my self I M size which is what i normally wear however I didn’t realize how tight and good the fabric is I needed a size bigger I emailed CS to ask how can I change this item to a L they wore so quick in answering me that they shipped me the new leggings before even shipping back the M one , they even told me to donate it tbh I was so amazed and it was so nice of them ! I can’t wait for my L ones to arrive and try them on . And order more pieces love this style thank you

Heard my wife rave about these “Firm Abs” she saw online (not available locally), so decided to take the risk and order her a few pairs for our anniversary. Was sceptical as most of our international order experiences have been terrible. Most don’t arrive and the ones that did, did not meet expectations for quality and fit.
First order arrived within 13 days and had correspondence all along the way. The fit and quality is absolutely impeccable and the material super soft. Was so impressed, placed a 2nd order, which arrived within 9 days (INTERNATIONAL!!!) Their service is absolutely stellar and the products reflect the same….
She now has 18 pairs in her collection.

The quality of this shorts and leggings is impressive, they fit like a glove and have a cute design. The customer service is very top, any issue you may have they get it resolved quickly and easy for you. Highly recomended!!

I ordered three leggings. Unfortunately, one of them was too big. I contacted customer service, and my issue was handled promptly. I was allowed to keep the larger size, and a new size was sent right away. Very friendly staff members Katie and Gita helped me!!! I’ve never been helped so well by a customer service team. Extremely good!!! Thank you so much!!! The quality is outstanding!!!

I have been exercising for many years, I have found many gym.clothing brands to not provide me with the fit and support I enjoy.
about two years ago I tired some firm abs gear, I've been so pleased with the fit, quality and pricing of thier products.
I lift weights run and practice yoga. firmabs give me all the support I need, the colors are to die for .
thier customer service is unmatched, I made a mistake on an order and emailed right away and they got it changed before it shipped.
firmabs is good workout clothing.
