I have had a great experience with FIRMA.DE - from day one to the end, they have been very responsive and understanding. With prompt and timely replies to emails, answered all of my questions, and understood my poistion well.

If you need a limited liability company (UG or GmbH) in Germany, and you are just a single person without any prior experience, firma.de is pretty much your only option.

My agent Carina Wünsch was friendly and very helpful, explained every step of the formation process. I couldn't wish for a better support.

I recommend Finom for the business bank account. They are excellent, especially for non-German founders. They also have a partnership with firma.de.

My only (small) complaint is that everything is done via phone calls and emails. There are no online accounts or dashboards. This is unfortunate, compared to US-centric services like Stripe Atlas and Clerky, but maybe people in Germany prefer it this way.
