Don't order unless you specifically want cold pizza and for it to be an hour late. This is now the case for us 3 times on the bounce. When you call to try and get it resolved, they just pass the blame and don't help. 0 customer service. Really frustrating as the first time we used them the pizza was great. Only good that first time though.

This is related to an ongoing problems with an order from August, which has not yet been resolved.
We were regular customers of Firezza Royal Tunbridge Wells branch (every Friday regular... until this experience). Whilst visiting family in London (Putney), we’ve ordered pizzas from Firezza in Wandsworth. Pizza arrived on time, but nowhere near the same quality as we are used to. Pizzas were bland, visually smaller than the ones we regularly get from the Tunbridge Wells branch, with very little toppings and one pizza had all the toppings piled up to one side of the pizza. We were originally contacted by the Wandsworth branch, who offered us a refund or a repeat order, so we requested a refund, since we do not live in London. Since then, we have heard nothing from Firezza, no replies to our emails and not returns to our phone calls.
We have now contacted Firezza once again, which they responded saying, once again, that they would issue a refund and have not heard from them... AGAIN... No reply to emails or phone calls.

In general the delivered pizza is good. This time anyway the Stratford Firezza delivered a overcooked pizza. Tomato ontop started to dry and there were some black dots because of overcooking. Really bad.

Text spam - don't give them your number/call them. I'm not sure how they got mine as I've never ordered from them before, but the texts are relentless and nobody responds to polite requests to remove my data. If you're having a similar problem, you can report them via the Information Commissioner's Office (sorry Trustpilot won't allow links).

I received a burnt pizza from Firezza Willesden Green, when I called to complain, the operator offered me a free next order and said she will write it down in my account.
When I called to order my free pizza, a different person said he doesn't see such thing in the account and can't give a free pizza.
I am a regular customer and found this quite disappointing not because of the free pizza but because of the way he treated me. At the end he hang up the phone....

Annoying text spam
I honestly don’t remember how their food was because it’s been so long since I ordered it, but I’m leaving this review because I still get annoying text message spam from them months after ordering from them through Deliveroo. I’ve tried to block them each time I receive a message, but some how they keep getting through.
Good pizza but...
Good pizza, but echoing the sentiment in other comments - customer service non-existent staff typically rude and unapologetic. If you go in-store it looks like they're all stoned (which would explain a lot). Avoid if you expect prompt delivery.
Poor delivery
Quite nice pizza usually but very disappointing delivery today from the West Hampstead store. Ordered through their own website but they sent it out with a Deliveroo driver to whom they gave completely the wrong address. He showed me his screen - the address they’d sent him to was miles away. So the pizza arrived 45 minutes late, stone cold, and the Deliveroo guy - who gets paid peanuts anyway - has been given the runaround for an hour. Won’t be ordering from them in future.

Pizza as cold as salad
Ordered through Deliveroo. Even though the reviews online weren’t great they were ok on Deliveroo. Sadly it was a mistake. Pizza arrived on time but was as cold as the side salads. Extra toppings I paid for seemed to consist of one piece eg sausage.
I complained to Deliveroo who contacted the establishment. Believe it or not there excuse was that this was the level of quality they give to all their customers. You couldn’t make this up!!
So annoyed with staff.
It was Sunday and we ordered a delivery at 7pm. Appalled by over 1.5hr wait. Called 20-odd times and either no answer, message telling me the shop was closed or being hung up. Was so excited for the pizza but it never came. Paid by card and didn’t get our money back! Ordering very confusing, tried for 45 min to order and ended up calling the restaurant. The staff are the rudest I have ever known. Was hung up on 6 times. Ruined my Sunday night. Overpriced pizzas: Franco Manca is half the price. Don’t place an order, takes your money. Staff should not run a business as they’re unable to provide service. 2h now
Bad customer service!
I have been a good customer of Stratford village firezz. Once my order was delivered incorrectly with sliced sausage to a vegetarian. The company offered no apology. They sent a driver with another pizza which took another 40 minutes and they wanted the previous one back.
Today I ordered 2 pizzas. I only EVER order individual pizzas due to an extreme allergy to meat. The two pizzas came as one and despite the driver waiting for instruction on my doorstep the manager would not replace the pizza with individual to avoid meat contact. I explained I was unhappy with his attitude to a customer especially given my order history but he basically said ‘tough’ and was prepared to loose all future orders.
Because I didn’t receive an apology when they got it wrong and because he was completely dispassionate about my not being able to eat the delivery I can only use my right to NEVER order again from this company. When customer service is this bad they don’t deserve the loyalty.

Cancelled the order and requested a refund - which didn't happen. I'm now on my 3rd round of messages to the customer service team and have had slow replies every time. Completely useless.
