3 weeks ago I ordered pizza and chicken strips. They didn’t have the chicken and said they would refund the cost - they still haven’t, they ignore you. Do not order from them, go elsewhere there is plenty of choice in Islington.

Worst experience ever
I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. Not only was the pizza burnt and inedible, but I was also promised a refund that I never received. I tried reaching out to them to try and resolve the issue, but I never received a response. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend firezza to others.
Unstoppable Spam Texts
Ordered once, years ago, and cannot stop spam texts, almost daily. When I block them, they just start again from another number. Contacting them does not help. Having to take legal action
Absolutely terrible Pizza company
Ordered a pizza with delivery time of 30-45 minutes. Once that time came around it kept being increased by 5 minutes. After 1.5 hours of waiting they simply cancel the order. Worst pizza company ever as this is not the first time we have encountered problems from them. Never again and hopefully none of our friends will order from them again once I tell my story to them
Pizza turned up cold and intimidating delivery driver
Pizza turned up cold, 2 hours late and the delivery driver who was from Firezza and not from a delivery service demanded a tip and made me feel completely uncomfortable. I requested a refund and have been waiting over 7 weeks for said refund with absolutely no reply - do not order from here ever !!

Drop in quality
Pizzas from the Notting Hill branch have been amazing. It’s closed now and I don’t know from where they deliver. The quality is awful; undercooked, cold, minimal on sauce and toppings. And not just once! And they cannot even bother to respond to my email for order 7d041668443441. You’ve most a loyal customer for many years.
Crouch end should close!
Crouch end is such a horrible place and obviously not under the care of the main office and should really not be allowed to operate under the name Firezza.
The issues with this place are numerous but I will only mention the last interaction with them.
I have placed an order which was supposed to arrive within 30 min but after paying for it the time changed to 40 min arrival, but even that didn't happened and after an hour I called to see why I still didn't get my order?
The guy on the phone (Tanzil) told me that the order already left which was a lie both by the tracking of the order progress and by the fact that it took another 20 min to arrive!
The driver had no hot bag so the order was only warm and not hot after he left we opened the boxes to discover that our garlic pizza bread sticks were missing and that we got a flat bread instead, we called and asked for the correct order and for 5 minutes they argued that we got the correct order which was odd to think that someone capable of placing an order can't distinguish between flat bread and sticks but in the end I was told that they will send the correct order, on top of that the order includes a bottle of coke 1.25 litre instead we got 2 x 500 ml bottles(don't question the math) 15 minutes later the driver arrived with our order when we opened the box to discover that yet again we received flat bread and not garlic pizza sticks!
I called and asked why they keep sending the wrong order and this Tanzil got which was super rude kept arguing that it is correct and that we don't know what we have ordered.
case in point the manu actually comes with images for the slow minded to compare between what you ordered and what you get.
Obviously we never got the garlic sticks pizza was cold, the Miele caldo which was supposed to include Nduja had less than a thimble on each slice and rude and condescending treatment by Tanzil assured me that I will never spend a single pound ever again.
Pizza from somewhere else
I have been a customer of the Notting Hill branch for some time. Last night I ordered online as usual. To my annoyance my pizza arrived (cold) from the West Hampstead branch. I was informed that my local branch has closed. If I had known during the ordering process I would not have ordered from somewhere well over 20 minutes away.
To rub salt into my cold pizza the order was wrong and arrived 40 minutes later than expected. I feel for the guys in West Hampstead as they should not have received my order. Totally unacceptable for a website to not inform the customer that the order would now be fulfilled by a different branch.
Fine until it doesn't work
Fine until it doesn't work. Their order tracking had my order as accepted long after the delivery time. I managed to find a phone number of the branch and they told me they were short of drivers. The pizza arrived 50 minutes late, with part of the order replaced by tiramisu. No contact from them, hard to contact, order site has this awful "we really appreciate you" stuff at the top.
Tunbridge Wells - Borderline aggressive!
Ordered a pizza online. The website shows an expected delivery time and an order status. The expected delivery time had passed and the status hadn't changed from "Order accepted". I called the Tunbridge Wells branch to check that the order was OK and was abruptly told that they only had one driver and were too busy to deliver on time. I asked if that was it and was told "What do you want me to do about it?". A simple apology at the onset would have sufficed.
This is it - despite having enough loyalty points for a free pizza I will never, ever use this company again.
Terrible experience and customer service
Terrible experience. Ordered direct from their spotty website, which failed to process the order properly, so delivery arrived a pizza down. Spoke to the manager who said I should reject the delivery and would process a refund. Called the next day to check when the refund would be in...turns out the manager has left. Other staff member deflect responsibility or just plain argue (including being told it's company policy to take no responsibility for the delivery aspect or the order!). Promised a call back from the replacement manager..still waiting one week later. Contacted the head office to see what they said...no response from these guys either. Absolute waste of time and money.

Used to be so good and now they’ve gone completely down hill. Hadn’t ordered in a while but tried again last week.
For the price the Pizza size and salad portions were embarrassing, barely enough to fill you. Pizza had very little topping on.

Annoying spam advertising
I order once from them and they add my phone number to their advertising spam list without consent. Now I constantly receive messages from them. I have contacted them to take my phone off the list multiple times and they never did, is also impossible to block them. It is super annoying, don’t give you phone number to them, ever.
