Excellent Service
Excellent service...initial order was not delivered due to courier mistake, product was needed urgently for film shoot. Firetoys sent a replacement expedited delivery, which arrived next day. Hannah in customer service was very helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

I am more then honored to tell you how great the customer service i just got from firetoys! One of my Poi broke and they sent me a new set and it arrived within 3 business days. I was so happy to get them that soon and keep spinning! Thank you so much; I love my Poi.

ordered facepaints from this company , the service was quick and they sent out emails to let me know they had sent them. Took a couple of days to arrive but they were cheaper than most places very happy .
