Phoned for advice. Not enamoured with attitude of salesman but persevered. Was promised email to recommend suitable fires for our needs. No email. I can take my custom elsewhere.

Ordered product and after a week i requested where my item was after saying a 3 day delivery I was told it wasn't coming. this really annoyed me it took them a week to realise this
