Good clear website enabled me to identify the Thermocoat WI Steel protecting paint I needed and understand how to use it. Ordering process was simple and the product arrived on my doorstep very well packaged and secured, 2 days later. I applied it successfully yesterday to my 3 steel beams and it was much easier than I anticipated. I need to email for a fire protection certificate now, as evidence for building control, then my installation is complete and painless. I am a very happy customer, and would definitely recommend International Passive Fire Ltd.

Amazing customer service from Kai who walked me through what I needed to protect some steels in a new build. Great advice and got it shipped out straight away so the team on site weren’t held up.
