Product had a typo on it (not something I typed incorrectly). Was told three times they would ship a replacement the next day, never got anything else and they stopped responding to my messages

Like everyone else I had a terrible experience with this company - the personalized item I got for my friend was delivered late and had the wrong personlization and it was not gift wrapped, which I paid extra for. Their customer service is non exsistent - I asked for a tracking link and got no response, I know there is no point asking for a new one or my money back. Just gonna take this as a lesson and get a replacement gift from another company who actually has standards

Ordered item 21 days ago, still havent recieved anything.
The money has been extracted from my account, but i havent even gotten a receipt by mail.

Ordered a gift for Mother’s Day after seeing an ad on Instagram (which should have been my first clue this was a scam). It took almost a month to receive the order, and the tracking information provided was useless. Once I finally received the order, it was nothing like what was advertised, and it was very poor quality. I reached out to them via email - multiple times - asking for a refund, and they said, “If you want a refund, you need to send the order back to our factory in Southeast Asia, which will require a large shipping fee.” How convenient for them. Avoid this scam company, I hope they get shut down.

Complete garbage. Bought an item for Mother’s Day and paid an additional $12.95 for express shipping. Have not received anything over a month later. Checked shipping info many times without it being sent out. Now when I check shipping info, it goes directly to the site advertising Father’s Day sales. Never again! Sent multiple emails over the past few weeks without any responses. Do not order from here. Learn from my harsh lesson….

Slow delivery, poor item protection, print and frame was damaged and was only given 10% back and have no product. Better off shopping locally avoid these offshore retailers.

Ordered two items from here 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. What's worse is that the website is now trying to say I have no active account, and I can't track one of my orders. Either this group doesn't not care for the customer or it is a straight up scam. Sending an email to see about something being done but I don't have high hopes for it. Not using this site again.

I ordered the Custom heart and The Moon on April 10th 2024 For mothers day and still have yet to receive the order even after paying for Express shipping… Customer service stated that the shipping would be refunded once the order is received. Not only that the tracking number given doesn't have any updates as far as where the order is or when it’ll arrive but states the date the order was received… I asked customer service for a refund and they responded “Dear customer,

No communication. Didnt arrive on time. I feel a bit slimy after this purchase. I should have investigated before hitting the purchase button🤬. DONT EVER TRUST FACEBOOK ADVERTISERS!

I recently ordered a picture frame of the moon for Mother’s Day. It took ages to receive which I was not worried about once received the frame was damaged and the moon was just a circle. Apparently new moon for my date of birth other companies can still produce a good product. Now told to ship back at extremely high shipping cost no refund do not use this company under all circumstances a waiste of money

Just recieved two such beautiful "moon canvases". Quick respons to my email (less than 24 hours) and fine dilevery time (around 14 days)
I read a lot of bad reviews, saying it was all scam and that you would never recieve your order, but I will say that I'm very pleased!
Will definitely recommend!

Complete scam. The “this is what the moon looked like on your birthday” gift where they advertised beautiful prints of the moon with full detail. I received a drawing of a plain circle…and they refuse to refund. Don’t waste your time.

I brought a mothers day gift 2 weeks ago and just recieved it today. I was pleasantly surprised given the bad reviews i had read. Only bad point was no communication.

Received item 3 weeks after order, which didn’t bother me. It arrived damaged. I asked for a refund and offered to return the item if they would cover costs. They kept replying with copy and pasted generic emails, and in between this I’d get a genuine response saying I’d need to post it to an address in Southeast Asia, which will involve me paying in their words “the very high shipping costs”. I’ve gotten nowhere trying to rectify it with them and have since had to escalate this through PayPal to hopefully get a refund. Avoid if you like to shop with companies that offer at least a minimal level of customer service.

Nearly 4 weeks to receive item, only after complaining it was shipped. The product is nothing like the description. Framed picture of the moon with writing, the moon was a round piece of tin foil basically, no detail at all. Rip off for what it is.

Placed and order and got charged. Took a screen shot but never got one email to followup. Have yet to receive the product and pretty irritated by it. Hard to find any contact information..sent email. No response.

I ordered a wooden mothers day picture which is no where near worth what is being charged for the product. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks to receive it and what you receive is not a true reflection of the images used. To be perfectly honest, I'm really disappointed with this. I've paid around £40 for something that looks like it cost not even £10 to make. I really would avoid this product. There are probably better alternatives on Etsy.
